all i can say is the gps in my boat is pretty damm accurate mmm lets say there is a man made lump about 16 ks off shore its about 2 metres round and a metre high and when my gps says where on the spot the echo sounder show;s it every time without fail and hopefully some fish as well lol

I don't go around looking for worn out engine mounts and split rack boots, i wasent have a go but my point was if you drive this cars they need to be in good condition considering what there capable of.......if you thing checking your car every now and then for broken stuff is pointless i guess thats why your in the situation your in now

going by your list a lot of the stuff listed it should have been kept on top with if the car was mainted to a reasonable standed . ie how can you drive and not know you have a broken engine mount things like like oil leaks . lights not working worn shocky rubbers surley they must have been knocking a bit ?. not meaning to be rude but i see cars like this every day where i work what makes your skyline any better than a vn commy with the same probs . it may be a blessing in disguise you got pulled over at least you will have a safer car all round when it;s fixed

got pulled over today for the first time in owning a skyline for over 3 yrs comming out of gawler was followed by a police 4wd and then on went the sirens and lights . i got out of the car and said any probs i was with my mrs he said no prob at all i said was i speeding and he said i was doing 10 ks under the limet lol. so said ive been pulled over for going to slow ? nah just a licensce and rego check he said there had been a incedent in gawler involving a skyline and baseball bat and asked if i had any weapons in the car i said does my walking stick count ?. he never even looked at the car at all even tho the tint is so black u cant see thru it . the cannon muffler and it's been lowered once he had done his check it was have a great day and enjoy your drive actually he was really nice . but when i saw the lights and sirens go i said to the mrs im about to get raped here lol i thought defect time for sure . so i got a good one and cant complain at all really

quite frankly, im over it, starting to wish i never organised this display, all i have heard is f**kin complaints half of them coming from pricks that didnt even enter, or bother to come have a look. mate no one is complaining about how it was organised or displayed and kudo's to you for doing it :-). i think your way of expressing that you didnt win anything is a bit disapointing

my son got done for a pod filter and fmic and was told to go to regency . i rang regency too book it in they asked what had it been done for they said neither of those items are defectable go too ya nearest police station get them to ring me he gave name and ph number . we took the car to elizabeth police station told them the story they rang regency next thing they took the defect off without even looking at the car really still charged us 27 bucks tho lol . trouble is half the coppers dont have a clue what there looking at and so too make themselves look good they slap on a defect and let you and regency sort it out

mate it depends on how it was fitted and what brand ect ect where they mounted the unit without knowing it's all guess work . i dont think u can reset just a thought has the battery gone flat in ya remote at all? is it a alarm and imobilser in one ? does the alarm have a key to turn it off under the bonnet ?a
