could be the starter solenoid, is there a click when you turn the key? If there is a click (near the starter) then the solenoid should be fine and more likely the actual starter

I've had it when a motorbike ran into the evo, just contact your insurance company and tell them what happened they will pay you out and then chase up the person at fault (sort of like a debt agency) they have a certain amount they can give you, think justcar was $3500

never give a f**k about other people in insurance claims, worst thing you can do tbh just get your insurance to chase them around for it and get what you can from the claim

I had a weird issue once where the item came into the country (with tracking) then got sent back overseas The seller tried to say that it was still coming etc due to the tracking number but auspost looked into and a have no idea why it got sent back, got my money back luckily as I had to make a paypal claim

mods don't increase a cars value, it's a depreciating asset so it's not going to ever be worth that much just being realistic, if you don't want to sell it don't if you do put a realistic price.... simples

I'm pretty sure the Mazda still becomes at fault, the Lambo would still get fined for excessive speed however the Mazda still turned onto a road where the Lambo was driving and needs to be the one to make sure nothing is there
