sorry about the late reply i dont check sau much the head should be fine but it is still on the engine so i am not 100% sure on the cond but when it was taken off the first time it was good and i had it crack tested and valves done and everything was tested and the guys at thornleigh cylinder heads said it was all great so we put a new head gasket arp studs and all ned timing belt,seals,waterpump,and the rest and everything was running great until the radator gave way and it the engine got to hot again. This engine is from a 1998 nissan stagea rs4 auto its an rb25det neo 4wd it has 180000kms Head gasket was changed at 110000 and head was serviced (i overheated it) I overheated it again at 180000 when the radiator gave way but shut it down to late and spun a main bearing (knocking in the bottom end) All parts there good for project engine alternator, ac,turbo , inlet manifold ,exhaust manifold, and heaps more $650 neg cash must pick up from gladesville email me [email protected]

Hi the engine has a blown head gasket and a knocking in the bottom end so it would be spun main bearing I don't think It's got bent valves

Ok so update I was washing and cleaning the car and I forgot to list a few things All the doors and most of the floors have been dynomatted Now the stereo I got lazy and left the 4ch amp under the drivers seat running fusion speakers in the front doors and pioneer speakers in the rear door there is also a mono block amp under the passengers seat but I have taken the sub out The cd player is pioneer cd USB aux it also has a Bluetooth kit The alarm also has automatic window lifters on all the windows and both of the sun roofs so one press and everything closes To add to the list of spares if you pay the $1000 300zx air flow meter Oil cooler kit (cooler and oil filter adapter kit and hoses) The car does run I had it going for about 30 sec but very bad like a truck My phone number is 0405221994 call during business hours Monday to Friday or SMS

2 people coming to look at it on saturday hopefully it goes so new van can be picked up from dealer.

Try calling a company called cruise control specialist in sydney see if he has a contact in melbourne. or a company called autron in melbourne they sell cruise controls they might have a reccomended installer.

hahaha i know i should of had it tuned but i took it to 3 workshops that claim a lot but are full of shit so i told them all to stick it. The strange thing is if it was lack of petrol we would have heard pinging and on 5 psi should be all good the guys at sss auto have has this same turbo in their stagea for years on 5 psi and no problems anyway i need to move on for now i need a van work is to busy and i have ran out of room in the stagea and one of my dream cars is a 34gtr so thats the next step will be computer.

i put it in both sections it is a great handeling and braking package i just got it perfect the way i like it then the engine gave way. i am sad to sell it but new work van on order and am saving up for a r34gtr

I cant afford to build an engine and have a new work car on order so stagea must go. *Rego 8 months *Paint is pearl white still in good condition some typicle stone chips and very light paint damage on the corners car park marks and little rust on the drivers mirror Mods are *aftermarket cd player and speakers *allarm/immobliser and second immobliser installed *cruise control *turbo timer *aftermarket speeco boost press/oil press/oil temp gauges in dash and air/fuel gauge and volt gauge in glove box *spitfire coils *fmic *boost controler *3 inch turbo back exaughst high flow catco cat high flow rear muffler and looks standard quiet at idle and low revs *just jap pod filter and metal box *non standard stagea turbo { turbo off 300zx thats why we think the engine keeps distroying at 5psi boost is mutch more aggressive so we thing it is under fueling we think} *r34 gtt discs and pads all round pulls up very well * r33 GTR standard 17inch wheels with tyres that are 70% federal 595 tyres *bc coilovers all round and lowered 2 inches AS IS $6000 I have all the standard parts but they are another $1000 air box exaughst wheels smic i only have the standard front suspenshion rear was stuffed and binned original engine {blown}
