spotted red 33 with large wing on south road yesterday, waved but got the stare, think its more of a confused who are you look than a stare down lol

when i asked for grain of wheat globes they gave me the yellow pigtail wire tiny ones at dick smiths, so depends on who you ask i guess, besides the globes i bought were 70c so better than 2.50 for a pair, hardest part is to get the blue cap off. im sure there is enough help here for anyone needing to do it.

nah the ones i got from dick smiths were the grain of wheat globes which i put into my hazard light as tiny. The globes for the A/C light was from repco, this is for a r33 tho i dunno if same globes in 32 or 34s

can i be changed from black33_26 to gts33t or if taken (oo\ black33 /oo) thanks Brad

yep thats right, the grain of wheat ones with the yellow pigtails i got from dick smiths tho, same thing just different price im gathering, found that the wheat globe cost more than the dash globe. Just an easier way of getting A/C globe thatn ordering from dick smiths online.

cookie--monster i found that the bulbs from dick smiths were too small but right size for the hazard light 'grain of wheat' bulbs. Can get the dash globes from auto elec probably for same price instead of waiting. Measure your bulbs from your current A/C should be 4mm wide and about 8mm high i think. You have the blue caps on the old ones? you get them off alright?

found the perfect globe and only 70 cents from repco, or can get from auto elec... part no 47702 dash globe pic shows exact same size, removed second blue cap perfectly with a 'precise screwdriver' smallest flathead in the pack, angled down on globe and slowly slide up to top, few mm each time turning around after each time. fixed hazard light also with a grain of wheat globe as same size also. much harder to fix tho pic of globes all fixed aswell

yeah felt sick after eating the schnitty, ood to see lots of people turned up, next time hopefully car will be in good enough order to go for the cruise. Whiplash, you shouldve kept up instead of getting stuck at the lights. Your car goes alright.

i think if was organised before the meet and greet you would get more people going, also if my car was good id be going for the cruise after lunch.

nah have to take out the whole unit, only 2 globes for whole panel, once removed just a flathead screwdriver to get them out from back of unit. if you want your hazard light working let me know, could probably show you how to do it at the meet and greet. will take pic later to show all working

got a few including the phatass 32, some pics arent that clear as quite tired from big saturday and small to screen on camera last one is a promo girl my mate had for the car club he is in

im not too fussed where we go so add my vote to where ever you prefer. Ill only be going for the lunch tho, not for the cruise

spotted that tonight at wayville, on back of truck with a yellow 32, awesome car, dont see any others that will beat it

so the actual bulbs are orange? do they turn white with the blue caps on? the original is clear so does that make a difference? been to 2 dick smith stores and they dont have any. know the part no.?

does it light up the whole control panel? apparently have to sand the globes slightly? and resistors added? how much did it cost?

i probably will only have a few myself so ill be taking it easy. like the name tag idea, last cruise i went on couldnt work out who was who. altho i dont think my chest will pop the name tag out enough lol
