Unless SDT/Mt Cotton have changed, the requirement was always for 90db. They also allow for a 1.5dB tolerance, so you need to be 88.5dB or under. Last time SAu Qld were there (April 2006), 2 readings were taken one at 3200rpm and the other at 4000rpm
