  1. I thought they were already in english??
  2. No not all of the 33's were type M's. My friend had a 95 model that was just a gts25t not a type m. There is no such thing as an m spec on a 33 only mspec available is on the gtr 34.
  3. Or you have official log books documenting the service history some people are lucky enough with it. My friend bought a 32 GTR with documeted k's so they do exist just hard to come buy cars with genuine k's
  4. The post above you says he is reading boost from the wolf 3d hand controller.
  5. Where can you get them for $375 delivered?
  6. I had to change the idle pully and the tensioner as well. idle pulley was cheap as I used a generic brand but for the tensioner I had to get a genuine nissan one which was about 100 or so from memory. I also changed the water pump too as it makes sense since everything is out at the time. A genuine 1 from nissan was about $150. Plus all fluids as well it can be a little dearer than that just on parts etc. Make him change it before you purchase it or bargin him down as its due to be done. Timing Belts are usually cahnged on a time period or 100,000 depends what comes first.
  7. 100,000 is really nothing so long as its been looked after. Make sure all belts tensioners etc have been changed though.
  8. Hey mate where did you see a SAFC2 for $250??? Cheers Chris
  9. I dont think so To fix the compression on a motor a rebuild is in order. Readings are a little low with an engine with relatively low kays. Sounds like its had a hard life.
  10. Have a look at the torque figers for both there completely different engines. Dont be confused with power ratings, the RB26 engine will outperform and RB25 easily. And yes GT-t's have ABS. FR means front engined rear wheel drive too.
  11. If you have a 32 GTR look for the lines going near the drivers side strut tower. there will be two lines and 1 has a yellow band around it. Thats the one with the restrictor in it. good luck!
  12. Didnt really answer his question the key word here was stock. There are so many factors involded in times and remember when they are tested they use professional drivers and the give the car its all.
  13. Im pretty sure it isnt as simple as putting them in and away you go due to the 34 having solid lifters. Correct me if im wrong.
  14. Man some people have no idea if you have nothing constructive to say dont say it at all. With regard to your problem I have it but not sure what it is either...mind you mine doesnt have a hole in it
  15. Wrong its on the intake side The pipe with the yellow line is near the left strut tower if facing the car.
  16. Its easier to do then than the mechanical ones. If something is man made it can be tampered with.
  17. My pick would be a 98 Model series 3 R33 painted in midnight purple
  18. I dont know how you wash your car mate but in all the years ive owned a car thats never happened. White smoke sounds like your turbo gasket is shagged. Only time ive ever had steam is on a cold night and when the car first starts up after not been drivin for awhile.
  19. I am keen to come along again. The last time Iwent was the calender shoot at DFO and the weather was pretty poor. Hopefully its good this thurs night. Chris
  20. Good luck mate! Also is your car automatic?
  21. Its either not getting power to the switch or its damaged like mine was. Bets thing to do is take it to an auto elec tell him all the problems and he should be able to locate it pretty quickly. If you have a mate that has a hoist get him to put it up on one and check the switch yourself. It might be the the problem or it might be something else its hard to tell with electrics. Good luck!
  22. Yeah that wasanother thing I lost too was power steering. Check your fuses too.
  23. Also you probably cant get your windows up because you have blown a fuse. Do your instruments on the dash work?
  24. Get someone to check if your reverse lights come on when you pop it into reverese thats the easiest way too tell if its the switch or not.
