it sure is.. but believe it or not it can. std bottom end poncams 3071R .86 housing and 18-20psi will see that. use a .63 for response.. RB25s can do that and ive seen 300+ and some dude ran that more months on here. so its set up depending im planning to use the 3071R .64 and hit up 250+ on just over a bar. im waiting for more monkeys on ns.com to use that turbo so i can copy ther setup and get more useable power down low. i wasnt too happy with the 2876R.64 dan supplied on the S14 bit too doughy down low.. i couldnt slide on that really.. i do like my 25g and its low down.. very easy.. but the 235 falkens are bit sticky on entry

ok std turbo CA makes 130-140 std SR turbo from S14-15 makes 200-220 with injs std CA bottom end can make up to 230 std SR bottom end can make 270-280kw safely.. std RB 20-25 bottom ends dont like that much powah.. does that make more sense mr rohan.. ill draw u a magnadoodle diagram on sunday bro.. short bore and stroke means its a loser.
