that looks wicked.. i was considering getting some 33gtr rims and flat blacking them but my mate talked me out of it.. now i'm cut, cos that looks perfect to me
do you have spacers on them?
Just the wheels atm.. Might try some spacer's in the future.
I wasn't sure to begin with either.. but yeah turned out ok. Thanks..

Nice work, I got similar times with the 32, maybe I should of slipped the clutch a little lol!. What rubber did you have?
Half worn Potenza adrenaline's (255/40/17) ... The track wasn't very well prepared & resulted in poor 6o's.

zomg... i just recieved my winter supplements... BSN NO explode and True Mass... and the true mass which is in a gigantic tub.. is only half full... it only has 18 serves per container.. which at the recommended 3 scoops per serve and 3 serves a day.. that should theoretically last 6 days... grrr... i feel a little ripped off with shit like this... specially when the big tub is only half full...
i only buy it because it makes me work out harder... its just a placebo... but i figure if ive paid that much for it.. id better take it.. and if im gonna take it.. i better put the hard work in to make it worthwhile.. i can justify paying the money if it makes me motivated and work harder and harder...
but seriously... its half full... the tub is so big its unmanageable after a hard workout (you know, when your arms are shaking and you cant lift a thing) and theres only 18 serves.. youd expect a big tub to have at least 30 serves..
last time i buy an overhyped supplement.. back to the ON 100% whey 4kg bags for $160 me thinks.
end rant.
where do you buy your supps from?
i found that BB.com is by far the cheapest place to get pre workout supps.. Keep an eye on specials..

Also.. have you tried cycling caffeine ... Very effective & cheap to buy a bottle of caffeine in tablet form.

This thread makes me depressedHavn't been to the gym for nearly a good 2.5 months now due to work and have lost 8kg in this short time span
The core is still there though so if i ever get back into it, it should be easy to develop my self
Know how you feel..
I been out for some 2 months now due to surgery, should be back in the gym next Monday.. Hate knowing the fact that it will take a solid 3 months to get back to where I left of from.

Had 3 clean runs in total tonight, glad the box held together..
R32 GTR (400kw) Full street trim
Run 1 (light take off) 13.653 - 3.4 = 60' - 124.30 mph
Run 2 (6500rpm release handbrake) 11.346 - 1.87 = 60' - 126.76mph
Run 3 (7500rpm side step) 11.494 - 1.882 = 60' - 126.05mph
It was very hard to keep traction in 1st & 2nd, the track up here in Nth QLD isn't exactly flash.... After the 1st run I got my notice that I ran a too high mph & that this would be my last meet until I get a harness, which im not keen to do (drive line's saving grace) so now I can only speculate..
I know that every second that comes off from your 60 equals 2 at the end... What im asking is ... "what do the above speeds equal to on a well prepared track"
I uploaded a video of one of the runs to, I apologize for the poor quality was shot on my phone..

Anyone going out tonight?
I'll be out..

Protein does not matter as much as some think..
When trying to gain weight "over-all" calories is what counts.. have your 1g of protein per pound & with the rest of the calories play it smart...
Carbs for energy & their protein sparing properties.. saves you money as a bag of rice or pasta is dirt cheap. Fat for joint lubrication, proper hormone functions, sense of well being & of-course calorie filling. As a gram of fat is far more dense in calories then protein/ carbs (9 vs 4)
