    fabed parts: pipe from cooler to throttle body with bov adapter throttle cable bracket header tank and reg bracket oil catch can and overflow can head flange modifyed for header tank system all work done by me with tig please comment

    throttle body heaps far foward yes makes it hard but used 4'' tight radius donut worked fine the two nipples are for one to the rad and the second to header tank and a -4 which overflows on to road if filled to top of tank ill put up a pic may help understand alittle better

    here some stuff i made this week for my r32 gtr with hypertune plenum hard pipe with bov adapter for type r trust bov which mounts parallel to radiator and air temp socket catch can with sump return and o/flow from header tank and radiator let me know what you think brendon

    if u plan on anything under 9.99 theres a mininum 6 point full weldin roll cage chromoly is usally material of choice as its lighter than mild steel and aluminum is a no no but check andra rule book for your time bracket (et) and make sure its the new version as rules to cages changed about 2 year ago

    1) probably not the best project with out all the tools but if u do than fine 2) pipe notcher or in you case a grinder , die grinder and a program i this section called tubemiter 3) tig with moly filler and oxy to heat "cherry red" cheers brendon

    done it twice now rachet spanner i was using was indexable type only rachet spanner that i could fit between manifolds

    only tools i moded from memory 12mm open end spanner cut down for rear inside turbo flange on rear turbo and rachet spanners will be good and lots of bandaids or 5 axis small ass hands and most important neighbours who not mind swear words
