  2. LOL

I wouldn't want to do too much to one of the turbo falcons had one in the workshop for 8 months with a broken head from the piston detonating all because the owner tried to modify the engine all he had done was add a uni chip and BANG!!!!!!!!

Give me a RB any day.

Can't wait to see the new Stagea

  3. Whiplash: can i have a test drive of the XR6T and typhoon? :P:O

Ha, why bother they feel very heavy when you drive them 1800kg's they also loose a fair bit of power to the rear wheels. I reckon that the R33 GTST has better acceloration and handles a hell of a lot better. will be interesting when the turbo focus come out 165kw. i also see alot of skylines on flagstaff hill and happy valley drive. I also spend a lot of time at marion for work, getting cars registered so i see alot down there as well.

  4. i just watched an old episode of top gear - winter olympics one. damn jeremy clarkson is funny. that show is made alot funnier then 5th gear.

Went to melbourne for the Sandown 500 last year and happened to stumble into a shop with a huge range of his DVD's bought a couple at $60 each. well worth it. the only time i have seen anyone hit a car with a rocket launcher to upset the Greenies.

Also forgot Blacl Books had to buy the DVD's as they aren't on TVT anymore

  5. That would have been me, i beeped when went past, was a rather slow return after being stuck behind that truck going down the hill.

Should have taken pics of everyone with their cars again to put names to sau names.

Yeah i thought it was funny that we got stuck just after every overtaking lane ;) .

Do you live down south (flagstaff hill) area as I think i saw you driving home from work today on flagstaff hill rd, if so where do you get your car serviced?

Brendan thanks for leading us out of Victor we thought you were going to the school until we saw you wave and head off up the road with Adelaide and the big arrow on the sign!

  6. will be booking my car in for a service this week it picked up a rattle in fifth gear on the way down. Great Job Adam,

we left Normanville and there was a Black R33 following us ( i don't know who i haven't been here long enough) pulled over at a petrol station and met up with the others from Normanville that left in a different direction.

Still simling from the drive and probably will be all week!

  7. I agree with every one here look around before you buy your car.I got my R33 GTST through a Jap dealer here in Adelaide, I am happy with my car however I think i may have payed too much and I wasn't all that happy with the experience. And after looking in the For Sale section here in these forums I could have bought a R32 GTR for a few thousand more :P . Oh well next time I know where I will go first.

Compliance doen't insure a pass at regency. I have spent many hours out at the inspectioon through work (2-3 hours a week for 12 months). They will go over the car thourghly looking for any un roadworthy parts and some defectable parts ( the amount of time I have spent peeling window tint off of windows)

  8. me and HR-32 live just off panalatinga rd  in woodcroft area!

should of just let your foot off the accelarator and rolled slowing down.. if he persisted back into second could of smoke gone!

I would have done that however it was last saturday in the rain and all my experience ( two months ) it doesn't have much grip when you put your foot down. Its good to see there are some members in the southern area.

  9. I was driving down Panalatinga RD (down south) for those who don't know its a two lane road that is straight and long. the limit down there is 80km I was following a hilux doing 70. I pulled over at the red light and came along side him when I drove off he pulled in behind me and followed me rather close, i couldn't see his number plate he was so close. I put my foot down and went slightly over the limit to try and make some space he followed me up to 90 and when I changed lanes, also when I pulled into a side street. I finally pulled into some private property (i don't know whos) and he finally went off.

I don't know what his problem was, I went around him for going under the limit just to have him drive dangerously close to me. Never had anything like that happen to me in my old car.

  10. I've been Looking around for one CarToys have some Hybrid one for $399, would somethinglike that be alright as I don't think i can afford the trust one for $1300. i'm planning on coming I just have to sort out some dates with someone who is coming to adelaide and I have to be there when they are here.
