everything is back where it came from. i made sure of that! that was my thoughts as well with stock engine. afm or fuel pump?? ive been told fuel pump as well... got one lined up tonight.

ok so my series 2 has been throwing little tantrums over the last week... randomly on my way to belmont one night when it was pissing with rain my car decided to start a serious rough idle, slight surging, misfiring and wanting to stall - its an auto. the car would completely drop revvs then instantly shoot back up to over 1k... massive black plumes of smoke coming out the back. went on for about 30 mins then cleared its self up... its continued doing this even after 4 tanks of fuel because im getting maybe 250km outta the tank atm cause of its hissy fits.... checked air leak - found a leak parts on order spark plugs only 2 months old. fuel pressure regulator - possible and requiring new one! coil packs - only done about 100k but still stock so could be? so i was told take off the cover where the coil packs were cause if they are getting too hot it could be causing these issues... so i attempted myself unaware that bulk shit needs to come off to remove such a simple little thing.... got half way through it yesterday, storm came through so i packed it up to tackle later. last night go to put car back together. achieved. feeling proud as punch.... go to start car FAIL... initially nothing at all but power. fiddled with stuff. car will crank but not fire like there is no fuel BUT i got half a tank FML.... IF ANYONE KNOWS OR CAN HELP ITS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!! otherwise i might roll it out into the street and burn it lol

thanks heaps everyone. had someone take it to nissan and plug their comp in and its telling me the abs motor has died! far from impressed! they checked the sensors and stuff and they are all ok just dead motor... price tag from nissan new... $5k no thank you! the tyres are the same size i made sure of that! thanks heaps for all ya suggestions and help!!

Hey guys, i got my front tyres changed today. gave the mthe car in perfect working order. when i picked it up the abs light was on... i rang then and asked if they had done anything else and they said no... does ANYONE know what this could be?? Is it a common problem? All help is appreciated! Jezz

this is true as i have to take it over monday... but in a week or two when i have the spare 300 dollars lying around i will replace the tyres... as much as i wish i had lots of money i dont story of our lives hey hahahaha

just so all of you girls know and understand. yes i dont have the money. my tyres arent to the canvas they are justo nthe indicators in which case wont pass the pits. other than that my car is totally passable and safe. reasons i dont have the money is due to a large amount of bills i need to pay. i only need them forthe day so that i can pass the pits and be driving a registered car so i can get to and from work so i can earn the money to purchase the new tyres! anyone else for another serving of shut ya face? man all i can say is im 19 turning 20 and i had a huge hassle trying to get insurance on my gtst! i insured it for a shitty 13k and it cost me 1800 a year through just car. no one else would look at me. if you get it it will cost something ridiculous hey. all i can suggest is get it in ya parents name and you as a secondary driver... good luck!

hey guys quick question... what is the difference between the gtst ecr and the gtst hr?? im looking at a car right now and its saying its a 96 gtst hr33 where as my old on e was a 65 gtst ecr33 im a tad confused

series 1 also had air bags in 95. i know this cause i had a series 1 and it had an air bag! series 1.5 had abs

ok guys latest update and im sick oftheir insurance company f**king me around. the car is currently at pickles auctions who are buying it off me as a wreck. so no parts will be taken off... sorry for the stuff around and i appreciate all that have doen their best! if you want the wreck its there and im not sure when it goes up for sale. all i know is that they are buying it off me and then i can get my new car... its killing me driving a VR Commonwhore hahaha

ok yet another update on the situation!! now basically as it stands cause im going through the other insurance company i have to buy the wreck back. as its the only way they will do it and i wont see anything for atleast 2-3 weeks *cries* but this means unless someone comes up to me and buys the whole damn thing the parts are still available. justin steering wheel now has no airbag and is a little worn front seat in very good condition now i have unpainted side skirts that havent been put on a car before. but i may keep them depending on which car i purchase if it has them or not... all i can do at this stage is keep you guys updated and first in best dressed with parts. ill be listing what people want etc and get intouch with them if this all goes "To pieces" haha sorry lame joke otherwise if someone need a damn good rear half cut call me and im sure we can sort something out or if you want the whole wreck let me know! jezz

ok guys basically ive heard back from insurance... ive got till thursday to let them know and friday to get the money together... chi engine is forsale but i do have someone that has put an interest in first but it comes down to money now sorta thing... are you after the box as well or just the engine? keeping mind its an auto yes its also turbo... wouldnt buy nething else really haha prices are being done today as to be honest i havent a clue thats my dads side of things.. the only thing wrong with one of the door trims on the left where the electric window thingy is its cracked cause the useless people that did the tint before i bought the car werent careful... now obviously there is a cost of the wreck and i need to get that back... im not saying how much but its not what i was hoping for... ill post some prices up today for it all and see what happens...

no the only mods were my exhaust which im keeping cause it was a present and cost in the vicinity of 3k but if ya want the whole car i can let ya know as well what price its going for...

ok guys... as most of us know i wrote my baby off on thursday arvo... pic is in spotted lol... now i have an opportunaty to buy the wreck back but i will only do so if there is enough interest in the parts etc for me to get it back and get my money back as i have a couple cars lined up already... its a R33 july manufactured R33 S1 it has huge front damage but doors are fine right side of car perfect left back side ok from door back. engine and block is ok from what i can see so far but from impact radiator is totalled and a few bits have been broken which would need to be replaced. auto box good. never had an issue with it yet adn the previous owner of 4.5 years before me never had any dramas what so ever with the car - stock rims (if car is bought back i would be keeping two for the drags) - interior is in very good condition - obviously brakes etc are in good order - windows are fine but windscreen is cracked. i have pics of the car and can give mroe detail to those who ask for specific parts now as this is something that really does need to be sorted in the next week or two so i can arrange things the sooner you say the sooner i can do things basically my number is 0416590664 you can sms me all day and night and ill call you when im free from work. if there is no interest then thats cool also but just an opportunity for people who need these parts and for me to pay some of my loan off for it. ta jezz

you know what really grinds my gears... Idiot drivers! people that dont look, dont indicate and pull out infront of you... they have a POS 2k car you have like atleast a 15k car and yours gets totalled... you cant go to work for a week due to trauma whiplash etc but yet they walk away... yes some bitch pulled out infront of my on thursday at loftus and london st mt hawthorn. my car is more than likely a write off. first thing she says to me "im sorry i didnt look, indicate or see you... are you ok?" NO IM NOT f**kING OK YOU JUST WROTE OFF MY f**kING CAR CAUSE YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DRIVE AND GAVE ME 3 MTRS TO STOP IN YOU f**kING WANKER..... how is it perth drivers can be this bad? it was a bright sunny day, no coulds, no rain, clear as and yet she didnt seea black skyline let alone hear me i had the stereo blasting... seriously are people that stupid... it has totally done my head in. i have no faith in the general population with their driving skills now. she should be made to resit her test... you do not pull out infront of a car without looking or indicating in a major intersection. im 19 and know this she is 24!!!!! far from happy jan
