  1. i'm aiming for nismo injectors because i think they should just bolt onto the standard fuel rail! i think sards you gotta get a new rail
  2. fkn britney spears!
  3. can't help you there buddy but it's a nice choice of rims! the bronze ones would look great on a purple car! but i personally would've went with rays te37's in gold if i had a car like that
  4. might as well take a baseball bat to the car and it'll probably look better!
  5. haha not on the dole yet! still have some savings haha wasn't looking for a shoulder just spewin! well 50 hours a week for 700 was the normal hours you'll be expected to do! it varies from day to day but it was start at 4.30 in the morning, that's 1 hour before production time starts, lubing machines and checking safety switches and so! and if it's a good day then i would be home by3pm! on a major break down sometimes i could finish when the arvo guys finish! it all depends on the machines and what needs to be done! and not to mention it was a labour job
  6. $700 isn't bad, but when you have to drive to north plympton, elizabeth and wingfield everyday with a $50 fuel allowance a week you end up spending like 250 a week on fuel for work itself! and plus i had work on the weekend! you're right though, 50 hours never killed anyone but it does when you sometimes spend 12 hours at a plant without breaks fixing machines that broke down and the boss pushes you because every minute is costing them money! physically i could cope but mentally it was draining! right now i'm not working, i'm still young and i've taken a step back trying to figure out what i want to do, i don't want another dead end job! i paid of all my debt and so i have nothing to worry about but day to day essential needs!
  7. depending on circumstances it can get a bit hard! for me i like to budget and what i found was you can't predict what will happen later on! i got screwed over by the awa contracts, ended up cutting around 300 from my weekly income and i had to work more hours! over 50 hours a week for 700 after tax wasn't worth it for a labour job so i quit! but there's lots of people who are in situations like these, loosing their job, income cut, workplace injuries etc etc! rising inflation can take it's toll but i do agree on people who spend more on wants then needs, they need to shut it and make changes or stop complaining
  8. well it's always been a known fact that most australians spend more then they earn!
  9. i once took on my mates 250cc honda, killed it and then came his r1! couldn't even see the bastard he was so far ahead
  10. just came to me! that's a "skyline"
  11. i think r33 gtr suspension whacks onto r34 gtt! not too sure, but the standard ecu thing is fine! doesn't matter if you put the stock one in because you'll just run stock settings instead of a tuned one!
  12. they say they don't care but is that true? complicated creatures........
  13. martin is a top bloke! got mine tuned with him, pulled out around 185kw on 12 psi! not to fussy about the figure but he gave it alot more bottom end which i asked for! at the end of the day i was really happy with how the car goes!
  14. i to am bored! but i'm trying to workout what to have for lunch?
  15. more of a reason to hybridge! gt30 woo anyway mine only blew because i was trying to squeeze as much out of it as possible til my cat started to restrict the turbo from spooling anymore! so after knocking out the cat the turbo had nothing restricting it and it span away
  16. my knocked out cat is no probs at the moment! but saying that after i knocked it out i did blow my turbo! but i did put a jazma exhaust on to keep the noise down and i like it quiet! but since the exhaust is already restricting, it doesn't pop flames and smell, and the noise was the same but i did see a bit more top end in my rev range!
  17. the fmic should be fine unless you've cut the reo like someone else has said! and i've also done the hose thing! i got through so there's no reason why you shouldn't with that with the bov if you still have the standard one get it back on! i put mine on my intercooler piping and they've so far been cool with it! i never knew strut braces were illegal! if so then the po po have been letting it pass don't know about the boost cont! (if it's a manual or electronic one) but the intake i've got stock air box and stuff if that'll help! as for the turbo! i think my workshop still has one of my standard r33 turbo's!
  18. looks nasty man! well went out and took some photos last night for no particular reason
  19. r34 gtt stockies fit on r33 gtst but they just clear the front brake calipers
  20. i'm with martin!
  21. it's easier if you get the piping bent like you said! or you can use a slightly bigger pipe, grips and a little muscle to bend them! but it's a b!tch fook bending stainless steel pipes, i know
  22. never knew there was a nur here!
  23. so much hostility but as for front bars! here's a few standard ones, nothing wrong with them but i really like the black one because the front grill changes the look a bit as well!
  24. had to use standard springs and even then! i had to creep around over humps!
