Hehe, I thought that this would be the response. I suppose i am just suprised that nissan succeeded in making absolutely every part for a GTR the hardest and most expensive parts to come by! hehe Ohh well, i suppose $339 isnt toooo bad. Thanks mate. Oh and for the record, i even went as far as contacting specialised dealers in NZ and the UK with still no luck!! Unbelievable.

Having the same problem, hence why i started my own thread!! Just to clear things up. Both R32 and R33 GTR's use a sensor made out of titania. Both use a three wire plug and both have a voltage range of 0 to 1 volts. This is why the Power FC is generic for both in regards to the O2 sensors. The ONLY difference is the thread size of the sensors. R32 GTR: 12mm thread R33 GTR: 18mm thread (spark plug thread) Now, both use the same plug formats as well i believe, which differ from the front one and back one. The factory serial numbers (genuine nissan) for these items are: R32: Front - 22690-05U21 (Flat 3 wire plug) Rear - 22690-05U22 (Square 4 pin plug) Alternatives - front - NTK OTDF-P1P rear - NTK OTDF-P1L1 R33: Front - 22690-24U02 ($209 from Metro Nissan Brisbane) Rear - 22690-24U01 ($212 from Nissan) So as you can see, buying genuine nissan is just being A$$ raped, hence why i am looking for alternatives. I know what you mean, i have been asking all of the reputable performance shops around Brisbane, also NGK and what not, and all i have recieved back is, "ahh sorry we dont have them or even know where to get them!" Gets a tad annoying considering i need them in order to do my long awaited turbo conversion! Surely someone on here has a 33 GTR and has changed there 02 sensors!

Hey Guys, Just a question for anyone with an R33 GTR. Where did you guys get your Oxygen sensors from if you have replaced them, and how much did you pay for them?? I cant see the value in buying them from nissan for a total of $450. I just want some universal ones that i will adapt my old plugs to, but havent had any luck finding some over the last 2 weeks! The specs are: 18mm thread, Titania Sensor, Three Wire, voltage range of 0 to 1 volts. As you can see from the pic, my car is a 32 GTR, but i am running 33 dumps, which have the larger thread. So alternatively, if anyone knows where to get the bungs from to run the smaller 12mm thread 02 sensors from that would be great. (or even if you know of where to get them fabricated in Brisbane). Hi Guys, I am chasing some aftermarket front pipes for a GTR. Around Brisbane would be prefferable as they arent the smallest thing to post. Prefferably a decent size collector pipe (where the two pipes merge to one) such as a 3 1/2inch to suit the new cat that i just picked up. I need these fairly quickly as i am doing my turbo conversion soon and would like to do it all in one hit. So PM me if you want to sell your aftermarket front pipes or know of somewhere that has some for sale!! Thanks, Tony

Awesome, thanks for the info mate. I remember talking to my mechanic the other day about that actually, and he said that they hardly even use them once they tune up the Power FC properly, as they can get better efficiency without them. I am now thinking about just sticking with my standard O2 sensors until i get the FC in! Oh yeah, my dumps also came with plugs for the O2 sensor holes! So i dont even need old O2 sensors to plug the holes!

Ok, thanks for the info guys. Later down the track i will be running a Power FC. I was wondering if running the FC will allow you to run different O2 sensors, as the same FC is combatible on both 32's and 33's (GTR obviously). Also, does anyone know where you could find bungs that bring the hole diameter down to the 32 size?? I know the HKS dumps come with them standard. Thanks Tony

Hi Guys, I am almost ready to do my turbo conversion on my R32 GTR, but there are a few things left that i have to get first. One of these things is some new O2 sensors. I picked up some split dump pipes a few weeks ago and they are for an R33 GTR which run O2 sensors with a slightly bigger thread i believe. I have heard that you can get bungs that will allow you to fit the 32 sensors which are slightly smaller in thread size, but since im getting new ones, i dont know if this will be necessary. So long story short, are the R33 GTR O2 sensors compatible in an R32 GTR??? Is there any other O2 sensors that will work?? (i have heard that the O2 sensors out of an EL Falcon work) Thanks Guys, Your help is appreciated!!!!

I have a Mines ECU in my 32 GTR as well and it runs very nicely. its not running over rich and it has a hell of a lot of power for a standard GTR. It holds its own next to my mates GTR with pfc, cams, turbo back exhaust, and running 1bar boost!

Nope, not yet, still waiting..... I was sure they should have arrived by now if they were sent out on the 3rd of May. That was 4 business days ago! I hate waiting for things, but then again im impacient. Any word of when they will be arriving??????

I had the same problem with watermarks on the windows of my old car. No matter haw many times you washed it and scrubbed the windows, the marks were still there. I used a cleaner called "Gumption" it comes in a white and green tub i think and consists of a gritty paste. You should be able to get it from any supermarket. With a bit of elbow grease, this worked perfectly and the windows came up like new. I would say that cut and polish would work as well though, just try it and see.
