All good things come to those who wait. I almost purchased an R33 5 years ago. 5 years later ended up finally upgrading to an R34. Nice car however there is always better thanks to human greed.

hmmm sounds a bit expensive for non turbo? Being a heavy car, I would think would be quite slow in non turbo config? I paid 20k for my 98 4 door turbo in very good condition & low k's.

How did you go with fuel consumption issue wrxxy? I have just reeasled my petrol nozzle restrictor as seemed I was gicing away juice when cornering. I have also started using plu98 juice, 10% ethanol and will be changing spark plugs. Looks like I might get some improvement! woohoo!

Hey Guys, Definately a lot to read about and learn. Obviously different things work for R32, 33 34 etc. I have an R34 GTT 4 door. Has anyone had much experience in what works here? What gadgets are best fit for better performance and consumption from airflow to boost controllers etc.. or all in one units? Cheers, Paul.

Hey all have a set of R34 17" stock rims and tyres for sale. Tyres are roadworthy and are goodyear ducaro revspec 225 45 17. Handle very well in wet & dry conditions. One rim has a slight scuff on one of the spokes, otherwise very good confition. Selling as is. Photos below; Sample pick above. Actual Pics Below. scuff mark on outer spoke above. hey, just curious you said can be modified to fit GTT. Any idea if these bars can fit a 4 door and if so what changes need to be made? eg would gtr or 2 door r34 lights fit onto 4 door along with bar??? Cheers..

Sorry to see you cannot sell. Obviosuly 2 much dude irrespective of what you paid, a novelty item as such is only worth what the market is willing to pay.. Meanwhile I am going to buy a set of 18"s on the weekend. Best of Luck..

OOPs well it was quite late when I found the thread.. oh well.. My goal is to mod the car without too much compromise on; 1. consumption when not planting the foot 2. Pocket - lets not forget that money spent on cars never comes back! So affordable mods and second hand parts where suitable are desirable. 3. Reliability 4. Maintain my license!

Hey guys I have owned an R34 tiptronic 4 door for just on 2-3 weeks. Although I have always driven manual turbo vehicles, the tiptronic is a pleasant change for now. I must say the car definatley picks up the pace much faster when using tiptronic as opposed to just planting the foot in auto mode. Overall I think its a great car begging for more money to be spent on it ;-( My biggest dissapointment in this whole equation approximately 300ks out of a tank for relatively easy driving out of a late model 2.5 litre! I will be looking into better oil and plugs hoping to get some more k's out of the tank. Also keen to find out what R33 parts if any can be used on the R34. eg pod filters, intercooler, exhaust etc. My biggest challenge at the moment is trying to source stylish but tough looking aero parts at a half decent price.. Anyway look forward to reading your thoughts. Out of curiosity how much did you guys pay for your R34? roughly? As I have seen them from 24-30K so dont know what the real market value is on a good condition one that is...

almost 4k just to supply GTR front mod for GTT. Nice but not cheap. Currently exploring further. Need to find a cheap pair of R34 GTR Rims as well.. prices are just out of control. At quoted prices end up making a mojor loss come sale time. How does one justify spending this kind of cash!?
