  6. pete maybe you should go into hiding jokes asside this is shocking... what if somebody was caught in the cross fire i mean like the bloods and crypts epasode of southpark sais "come on" cant we just get along?? maybe they if did a lock in at the rec centre??? i doubt the police would have over reacted on how many shots were fired and the seriousness of the situation.. they usually try and keep these sort of things masked and quiet for the public..
  7. this is wonderful! ok ive got a bit of respect for a calibra.... especially in trickedoutvl's case 4wd turbo.. would be a bit of fun im sure but hell ive had two mates with the 2 litre 4 cylender sure it looks good till u drive one properly and bang. then wallet goes bang and then your jaw drops down and goes bang! pricey to fix and the non turbo calibras dont take a hamering.... jack4cars this ones for u buddy! my hack is a vl station wagon with a >>rb20det<<, manual! used to pull a trailer with up to 800 kilo fortnightly and flat foot...(untill 60) to this day ive replaced nothing except the oil and filters when performing quality service... it still doesnt blow smoke and runs like a dream.. 3 years later... experience: calibra with 120,000 km previous owner (aged sencible) blew a gasket and 2nd gear in the first week......i wasnt the new owner but a close friend was... SO dont come on a skyline enthusiast forum bring up a dead thread (3 years old) giving us YOUR personal opinion because we dont want to hear it.

  11. judging by ur avitar it looks like an awesome beast! i remember how i felt when i bought mine 6 months ago, now i just look at her and then check my empty bank account still so damn happy tho.... ill never get bored of her and the endless potential!! we also want a list of mods ! as far as the misses goes... take her for a spirited run through the hills then she will be able to tell the difference hehehe
  12. check your afm plugs... then if you have a power fc make sure the air flow meters are set on the correct type.... lol i mucked around with mine and selected the wrong ones and had the same issues yours is currantly having. saound like a real issue sorry to hear mate and hope you diagnose it asap... but definatly sounds like something to do with the afm's good luck

  21. finally adealide has caught up with nsw thanks for letting us know because i was unawear that adealide police were also up tot hese tricks... i get my liscence back in 43 days after a 15 months suspension so ill be a good boy neway (good behaviour bond) but its extra encouragment to do the right thing knowing that any car out there could be a camera or unmarked car even the worked ones e.g. exhaust v8 and such.
  22. yeah i queried this a while back as i was extremely worried about it but if the light is off its all good
  23. ^^^ hey norman the skyline stalker whats crackin?? just messin dude. just an idea unless the plates are personalised and = to user name, best not to post em up... those with personalised plates usually dont mind when their username is the same as their plates... but those that keep the stock plates usually have them for a reason (blend in ) neway, good luck with your skyline hunt *edit* steve u beat me to it , oh and yeh if the car is parked i always try not to reveal its exact location and how frequently its there....
  24. wow i cant believe how much of a younger presence there is on sau...... considering skylines are pricey! we must all work very hard for our pride and joy! i would have thought there would be alot more between the 30-40 age group considering that the majority of sau members seem to be quite knowledgable in all areas. maybe they are just hiding! i personally prefer an older prescence as well as younger it helps bridge the generation gap and i notice the older fellas keep us all on the straight an narrow this thread is on fire! top work damo.
