Shoulder workout is not flash cos they are weak so it's smith machine 3 sets of 10 20kgs each side, overhead dumb bells 15kgs, front raises 7.5kg side raise 7.5kg also and I do the one I don't know name of start between legs and head down raise to sides I believe its for back of shoulder.

As for supersets I think they are a better workout and does condense time which is good for me only really superset Chest and arm excersices
