  2. What a wierd day.....we got there and it was raining heavy, then it cleared up just in time for the first run, then it got real hot, then in the arvo it poured down again and even hailed for a bit, then it cleared up again........ still had lots of fun though Those open wheelers are nuts. Can't wait for the next one! Thanks to those guys who came out to say hello and helped with the tents. We only got a bit wet lol
  3. Yep, she is. We can't wait, it should be a good day. I put a new exhaust system on the car and it sounds awsome. People at the spectator points will be able to hear it going around the track now
  4. Starts Tuesday next week The entry list makes for an interesting read, check out all the Skylines in the Modern Competition class. Only one R35 though, the pink Donut King one. I was hoping there'd be a couple more entered. http://www.targa.org.au/Competitors/Entries.html Should be an interesting Rally.
  5. Uuuummmm yeah.....but I wanted to be on there twice

  7. No, of course not. I was just having a go at their sometimes questionable inteligence/attitude. (the Formula Holden has slicks on it)
  8. I don't think Titan went that way coz he lives north side.......I didn't see them either but I turned off at Fyshwick. I'm supprised they didn't give you flack about not having any tread left on your Formula Holden tyres
  9. Yes, lots of fun! I was doing 1:19s in the old Beema. It was awsome out-handling and out-brakeing a V8 VE Commodore, an Integra and a Boxter through the twisties. Ofcourse it was a different story on the straights.
  10. I don't think so......it was an auto with a stock exhaust...??
  11. Spotted a red and silver 31 at Parliament house earlier today. Had silver Simmons, lookin very similar to Blueprint's but slightly different wheels, also had a permit on the dash. DriftGTS maybe??
  12. Hi Max, It was good to meet you. That engine bay looks tops. Welcome to the forum
  13. I thought I posted a pic of one....?? She was wearing a white t-shirt, glasses and was holding a camera
  14. The "Dyno-Queen" showed them how it's done today
  15. Here're some of my pics I think Donnan wrote down all the results
  16. It was a good turn out today, thanks everyone. Thanks heaps to Cejay for organising it and everyone else involved with the BBQ. GO THE STARLET!
  17. Haha I was carting some visiting friends around doin the tourist thing..........wait a minute, first Thomas spotts me, now you?? Are you guys following me around?? I'm not complaining, just asking
  18. I had a 91' Suzuki GS500E as a first bike. It was great. They're a bigger more comfortable bike than a 250 (depending on your size ofcourse) with good power, good riding position for learners and even though mine had 74000kms on it, it never let me down. The early 90's models start from about $2500 or you can by them brand new too with or without fearing.
  19. Hahaha No, not you........the other goofy lookin Mick we always talk about
  20. Nice one Mick
