tends to cost about $90 a week, on a cheap day of course. depending on how i drive, ill get anywhere between 500 and 650 km. so it isnt that bad on the juice really, hows the aristo stack up? ill throw the keys at ya for a spin after ajd.

yeah, price of petty is one of the reasons i wont be doing the full charity cruise this friday, got better things for the money to go to, and ive already poured a decent amount of cash into my car this week.

booked in at 9 am tuesday, then its straight to adelaide tyre power for some new rubber (just in time too, had one die on me doin 80 down main north, that was a little hairy). yup, its the the celsior, i thought i sold it to, but the buyer is being... difficult, so im doing some work to it and jacking up the price. starting to shit me a little though, them not buying the car has meant ive had to redraw on my loan to pay the agency fee for my job in canada...

i was gonna be dropping everything and moving somewhere anyway, was originally going to be perth, but a friend of mine whos done 3 or 4 working holidays put me onto the canada idea, and it sounds a lot more fun, start over with a clean slate, see a country ive wanted to see for years, should be good. going through a mob called one world recruitment, they do all the leg work for me, charge a 600 smacker fee, but they practically guarantee a placement in a reasonable timeframe, or they give me a refund.

even with the inaccuracy of the phone tower based positioning, a 500 metre diameter area is better then not having a damn clue when someones out there with your pride and joy.
