I just got off the phone to qld transport. I was talking to a worker of qld transport about the new laws coming in to affect from July 1st 2007. I had a very interesting conversation with him. He told me that this new law WILL NOT AFFECT QLD p plate drivers who have got there p plates before July 1st 2007. He also told me that he and his fellow colleagues did not no about these new laws until they had read the paper on saturday morning. He also told me that these new laws have only been proposed and have not even been looked at by the government yet so the new laws may even be scraped al together.

There are more commodore drives that crash in the v6 N/A enignes. I would love to see the stats that say what kind of cars thay were driveing when thay were killed. I very really see import car on the news that have killed the driver and outher drivers.

I am Fully against some of these new laws 8.high-powered vehicle restrictions for provisional drivers under 25 after 12 months on P1, licence holders must pass a hazard perception test to progress to P2 I think this rule is bull sh!t. Young people only made up the 13% of our road toll. What about the outher 87% you think that thay would be more concerned about the outher 87% as thay are the majority. Its ok for all of you open drivers to say that its a good idear. But what happens to all us p platers that own a turbo car that we have put all our money and time in to just to be told that we can not drive them any more. IF you do the hazard perception test and pass can you then drive a turboed vehicle.

Will cost any were from 4 to 7 Gs for the 26dett and that is only for the engine. After you put the 26 in it you will have to get a bigger fuel pump as the rb20 pump will not be able to pump enough fuel to run the 26. You will allso have to get the engine complyed and you will have to up grade your brakes for it to be complyed. Then you will have to pay someone to put the engine in for you unless you can do it your self.
