Also some facts of the turbo - As most of you are aware this turbo is prone to failure at anything above 12psi because of the nylon compressor wheel. But the reason nissan chose the nylon compressor wheel on the later model rb25det engine is it increase's spool up time of the turbo due to the nylon wheel being much lighter then the steel wheel. HI, Im selling the turbo that came off my auto r33 gtst. It is the nylon s2 turbo. SOLD SOLD I do not have pics at this stage. Though can get some. Reason for sale is do not need it anymore as I upgraded to a hi-flow turbo. The Turbo is in very good nick, no shaft play. Car had 68,00klms on it when taken off. The car also had a FMIC on it running standard boost. The car has never had any boost control device on it. Comes with standard acuator. Price is $400...you can make an offer, though it will be sold to the first person who wants it for $400. I will also deliver it to anywhere in sydney or around sydney. before I went onto the dyno I ran NULON INJECTOR CLEANER through the car also as i use to drive around on the bottom of the tank alot which sifts all the gunk from the bottom of the tank into the injectors and is known to clog them up..It may of cleaned the fuel pump also as you put it straight into the tank. Cliffgtst Use some injector cleaner before hand and maybe run some ethonal fuel before hand as this is also known to clean some gunk laying around in the fuel systems and engine..

Paulr33... time will only tell if it is a timb bomb tune..Can you explain to me why it is a timb bomb? I know many people change the pumps because of the info they get on these type of topics and some times they would probaly definately not need it. It has been a few weeks of testing the car and it is holding up fine for now. It seems to be suppyling fuel fantasticly as the AFR's when dynoed were fine? Can someone please post up if they have had there stock pump run of efficency at higher power levels. All the time I hear people claiming that there faulty not that they cannot supply the fuel at certain power levels. My pump is old now at 12years of age, I think this is the cause sometimes. Some last longer then others or quality may vary. There are alot of variables. Paulr33 I will update you in a couple of months to see if the pump is holding up.. Cheers

Does anybody know at what stage when importing a vehicle do you need to produce your NC PC (level 3) licence. Is it to the importer themselves or the a goverment organisation? Thanks D

Crap..i thought that may of been the case... Why then do they say level 3..its not only on one site either.. Can any tell me the process of gettn the PC , NR or NC after I have the l2 cams licence. Cheers

HI, Guys if your fuel pump is causing you issues, some may be faulty change it. If not leave it. What I am saying is save your money(or if you can afford it buy it). On the other hand I didnt have money to throw around and went to the dyno with a 'it will make as much power as it wants to attitude'.. stock fuel pump I made 234.5rwkw..and so many others also...this proves that the stock pump is capable? Unless there were different model gtst r33 pumps, which I doubt. I dont want to mislead anybody, just trying to shed some light.. Fuel is important in the long run, as if there isnt any well you engine will cease to work. Cheers my2c

HI, What is a level 3 CAMS licence... I want to import a vehicle for race/rally/drift use though you have to have a level 3 CAMS licence..Thats what the websites state that are importing the vehicles.. I have my L2 on the way, and could not find the level 3 cams licence on the website. I did have a look a the licensing structure and theere is no level 3 after the level 2. Is the level three the other classifications such as national levels/rally or wateva... PS. if anyone has a r33 gtst for race/rally use let me know.. Cheers Any help would be greatly appreciated..
