  1. Turbo has been fitted and wastegate has been welded off the stock manifold boost set at 18psi and it made 290rwkw basically on fullboost at around 4100rpm and it just turns the tyres hahaha made near 500nm torque will post up dyno sheet soon
  2. series 1 switch 4 sale auto down doesnt work but it still goes down perfect and auto up works fine buttons still have all markings on them etc not worn out chasing $50 thanks
  3. Its really not that hard man, just gotta have everything to do the job. hardest part is modifying the exhaust manifold to fit the external gate, everything after that is basic.
  4. Is my turbo dodgy? the cast markings on my turbo pictured on the left are different to every other GT3076R markings
  5. right.....
  6. good power cant wait until friday when my gt3076r gets tuned on 1.5bar
  7. judging by the external gate 4" intake and most likely after market turbo id say its running a map sensor'd ecu...
  8. well since no one knew or could tell me the correct thread size i finally got it sorted its m14x1.5 to suit -6 line. all ordered should be here monday morning
  9. I see wot u mean titan. 920-6 looks like the one i would need? see for the turbo gt3076 water lines i need a 732-06 which is m14x1.5 -6 the 920-6 doesnt give me a metric thread so id be taking a guess saying it will fit?
  10. ive got a catalouge here and the guy on phone thinks its a m12x1.5 but stao thinks its a m18x1.5 then another person rkns m14x1.5 lol.. its not just hey can i have a -6 male to male adaptor.. gotta know what size thread to suit.. well thats how i see it.. everything in this book has thread size then u pick ur stock range to suit etc -4 -6 -8 -10 blah blah... still need the thread size to screw into the block.
  11. argh -6 is the size yes i know this. but the male adaptor that screws into the block has to be the correct size example. m14x1.5 to fit 90 degree speedflow barbed fitting in -6
  12. so does anyone know the thread size for the water block feed? lol wanna order my stuff 2morrow just cant seem 2 find out whats the thread size
  13. just after a window reg in good condition for drivers door mine seems 2 be broken
  14. not yet lol and yes a male to male adaptor is what im talking about, then my speedflow fitting screws onto the adaptor. i emailed the place i order thru hope he knows.
  15. yes im replacing it with a -6 speedflow fitting barbed but wont the speedflow fitting need to screw onto a adaptor with -6 on the speeflow end and whatever thread on other end that goes into the block? i think im just a bit dumb lol
  16. so no one has any idea on the thread size for water feed block fitting? does m18 x 1.5 sound right?
  17. placing order today for speedflow fittings / hose / firesleeve me and tuner decided to weld the 50mm gate off the stock exhaust manifold now, saves hacking up a .82 turbine we are going to try and fit a 4" intake aswell then on the 5th we strap it 2 rollers and throw 21psi in it haha see what it produces
  18. whats the cheapest place to buy that stuff in aus status?
  19. yes that is correct one screws into the block and the other joins up to the metal piping that runs back behind the head. i want to know the thread size thats on the banjo bolt that screws into the block
  20. excuse me? lol the banjo bolt screws into the block ....
  21. Does anybody know the thread size coming out of the banjo water fitting in side of the rb25 block? i wanna replace it with 90 degree swivel barbed fitting for new turbo makes life easier.
  22. yeah i realise this, i will look into a ETM item towards middle/end of this year. aslong as i get close to 280-300rwkw fullboost 4000rpm nice strong mid range, set limiter to 7500rpm and plan on running 21psi if needed . just hope its more fun then what i had before being the slowest 300kw ive ever felt.
  23. I dont know how im going to go about it now. my tuner really wants to put wastegate off turbine housing, but id prefer some other way. but im limited with stock manifold. have ppl had good success with running external gate straight off the manifold collector on top?
  24. yes i really dont want to hack up .82 turbine to fit the gate, i mite look at some other options... i would use the spacer adapter+wg flange, but mines 50mm vband, thats suited for 2bolt flange like a tial gate? hmmmm
  25. Im hoping so. Just hope the stock exh manifold isnt going to hold me back 2 much. aslong as it packs a punch mid range and pulls clean to 7500rpm ill be a happy person!
