What I have done is I've purchased a VDO MS5000 navigation unit which can be installed inot the the screen of the Skyline and the DVD unit replaces the existing one. This is just an option I have chosen to take, I have all the schematics for the VDO and the back fo the TV unit now, however typical of myself, now that I'm 90% there, I can't be stuffed going ahead with it! lol. I'm considering off loading my V35 now anyway, so I'll see what happens. Anyone selling a e46 M3 with SMG?

You wouldn't happen to know oanyone that has a driver's side headlight for an R34 GT would you? Is the 4 door version same as the 2door? because mine is 2door.

I can't find any either! It's killing me! Why are they so hard to get? So GTR ones will fit... wierd...but good! because I could only find GTR ones too. I only need a drivers side one.

That is gorgeous red! Your asking price is very reasonable I must say, especially for such a clean car. I've never in my life seen any R33 GTR in this colour. I'll keep your car in mind when I sell my V35.

I thought the consumption was fantastic! I get 9L /100km. Compared to my previous car, Lexus LS430 which used 11.5/100km. I've tried almost everything to convert it over, even tried the uncontactable xanavi informatics company who make the DVD Navigation software for the Nissan Skyline V35 / Infiniti G35 coupe. Apparently Australia is too insignificant compared to the rest of the world. xanavi.co.jp - All these guys need to do is supply a Australian version of the navigation software and we're done! but they're as holes. There's one guy I know in petersham that can do a conversion, however it means that you can only use the pop up screen as just that, the original DVD player in the dash will need to be replaced with another chinese version which plays DVD's and the nav software. But he charges around $1500+ If anyone can help! it would be fantastic!

I have a Nissan Skyline V35 coupe, I need to overcome the common problems usual to all imports, FM radio, the DVD unit and navigation system so I can make use of the standard TV screen. Can anyone help me out with the conversion? I have the wiring diagram for the BOSE system that comes standard with the car.
