i though this question was settled in the premium Vs non premium thread some months back... ofcause, there will be traders and sellers who will always say "This is premium pack just to get the Sale", without knowing what premium pack is... i though i was Dual A/C and Full BOSS system that made it premium...and everything else was an option...Could well be wrong its like all the V35 carsales ads that says they have Sat/Nav / TV , where as in reality, both has no use in Aus as we can not use both Jap Nav and Jan TV tuner... unless the car has had a Chris Rogers makeover....

Sold my car for 11K, last November it has done 104K. it was Silver S2 1996. S2 Options were Passenger and driver air bags / ABS.... i think 1997 model had red stitching on the steering wheel (i am preety sure). You car is worth more than 11K i think personally. but there so many S2 for sale and someone is always desperate to sell and buyer know THAT !!.. Good Luck and be patient, you going to get some wired offers along the way...

one advantage over private sales is you can ask to look at shit loads of cars from J-spec and there are so many to choose from... lot of fun actually..

hmm. well i am pretty sure i am the guy who Ben referred in terms of the 70th Anniversary Car. here are some photos of it. i normally deal with Craig at J-spec. J-spec has being very good and are very patient with clients... my car it seems will come to around 27500 all done (including tyres..) not Rego... compliance comes to 2000 including GST, which i though was very reasonable. i found that $ value does make your choices very limited now as before, specially i was on very tight budget as this is my weekend car only. i don't know if my car is Series 1 or 2 its 2004

might want to think about importing a second time. just got a car from J-spec and Craig was great with finding exactly what i want (70th anniversary V35 coupe). but due to the crappy doller.. i had to pay almost AUS $ 1000 more on the FOB price.. and when the Car lands then again shipping fees have to be paid on US $ and i am guessing that not going to be a good rate either.. so unless you can not really find anything you like locally, might want to think twice about importing. another thing i notice bidding on Jap auctions was that although japan is in the middle of a much worse economic crisis than us, the auction prices have not comedown by much .. well i only know about v35 the auction prices , definitely not to out done the Aus $

Dual Air bags was still an option on S2, but everyone optioned it so you think it came standard... but unfortunatly...the Japanese friend who brough my car brandnew did not option it...
