Yeah I live a few kms the other direction and it looked like rain all day but other than first thing in the morning it held off.... Yeah suspected the GTR wouldnt come as I was over that way earlier in the day and it was raining on and off.... There was still quite a few cars out though.... bout 60 or possibly more..... just no breakdowns/leaks on the strip..

nah the 33..... i was crawling through the etag thing to get onto the M2 and caught the yellow beast out the corner of my eye... Yeah im usually going in the opposite direction but tonight was long weekend crazy traffic... never normally that bad!!

maybe with Dave driving....I needs practice...!!! Im getting it tuned on Monday so il prolly head back out Wednesday next week... weather permitting of course and maybe with daves drag rims and your drag tyres.... mwahahahahaha

Duncan did I spot you on the M2 possibly tonight around 6ish.... I was waiting to get on in the traffic jam from pennant hills rd and I saw a yellow 32gtr with all the cams stickers etc over it......... couldn't catch up though to see the number plate.....doh....

ummmz well Dave drove (as its not tuned and he would listen to the engine better than me!) 12.7 @116.7mph - street tyres, pump fuel, 15psi and old tune which is only half completed.... traction issues all night though...lol Brad did a 12.02 at 118 mph i think it was.....

nismo generally uses ihi turbos, it would be one i guess. also not having a stab, but to make this a actual genuine "nismo 2500R" he should follow the same trend as doing up a "genuine" gt falcon.. and source genuine 1993-1995 model parts as this was the date the car was made. you cant expect to build up a geniune gt falcon and put on a set of pace maker headers and a cold air intake.... and pass it a "genuine". thats why the real ones get 500k+ not 45k.... down to the tyres and brake pads. still a very clean car. but to achieve what you seem to want the only way would be to go back 15 years and take delivery of it. its the same deal as the "nismo" r32 gtr's its just a body kit lol. nothinbg else. oh the badge too.. what inlet manifold did it apparently roll off with? but for all intents and purposes a genuine nissan proto HAS to have NISSAN parts ONLY. you cant get a r34 z tune and bolt on some hks turbos and a set of enkies and say its a "genuine nismo article" but nice car. very clean and well presented. id lose all the brand name non nismo parts but.. edit dave here T04GTR

I hope! p.p.s discovered with the oil on full mark it still had mild oil surge mid track..... need baffles, or an extra litre of oil ...lol

ok so first outing on the new engine...... old tune (half completed lol), street tyres, pump fuel and only 15psi 12.7 @ 116.79mph got traction issues....

its always awake and angry, and unfortunately I get smacked up the back of the head if I even think of driving it before its warmed up..... damn engine builder +1

oooOOooo spotted this thing yesterday...... and seeing I have spent sooooo much money on engine internals lately with them I was allowed to sit in it and check it out..... I wiped my drool up before I left..... All the inbuilt gadgets are amazing!!! Cant wait to see it run tomorrow night.... weather permitting of course!

Spotted the new GTR at Croydon yesterday..... It was very nice!!! And smells like a new car....and I want it!!! NOW!!! Also spotted today CYIFLY at wetherill park way.....

shweeet.... I was there today, but not racing.. just watching the utes test and a few die hards in stock vk's n stuff...lol Although there was an old 323 with 4AGZE hammering around..... sounded quite good!!

its ok.. i can fit 4 in the 33.... way more leg room than the zeddles! besides, gtr rear seat seems to make it look like it has heaps more room.... or could be the fact I have been without my 33 for so long and it just seems like a boat
