  2. Yep thats my old car...Gee I wish I still had it but it is time to move on to something more serious, and more exciting. I am doing this project on behalf of me...I am sick of the road car GTR as as soon as it gets to a certain point you really cannot drive it on the road anymore. I have located a car in Japan with 2 x 2835Rs 2.7 litre kit and a HKS 6 speed sequential, and too many other goodies. 800ps of power. I am just waiting on a response, from the garage in Japan to whether he'll sell it too me. BTW the person who gave me the run around was Geoff from Prestige.. had a friend of mine doing the enquiries for me last week. He said we should just look in Japan ourselves. Hmmm we have the cash and are willing to spend it but he obviously doesnt want it. His loss Anyway having a Japanese Fiance she did all the Speaking for me in Japan and research and it didnt take long to come up with a beast.. Lets just pray and hope I can get this beast. Nick
  3. My old street R33 had 360Kw at all 4 but now I am looking at doubling that power or more. BTW RH9 is already sold. It was sold quite some time ago and it is now a daily driver. I dont want it registered. Maybe after I run a decent time i will get some NOS installed and see what happens. Nick

  5. I am looking for a R32 or R33 GTR very heavily modified, preferably with a stroker kit, and G,box as well. I am starting a new project car and it will be for drag only. Non registered or non registered I dont care. Just want to get it underway. Is there any sites that are recommended as I have been given the runaround with a certain company here in Australia with a GTR he had, saying he was to busy to answer the phone, duing the day. I need it as soon as possible as I do intend to start modifing it further as soon as its delivered. Check this space soon...................... Nick
  6. Kabab is correct, CRD have access to the proper A'PEXi FC Pro software (as do Power Excel dealers). I do know this is correct as i have seen Jim use it on Mario's cars first hand. Nick
  7. Yeah I know Mark Tilbrook as i used to live in Adelaide. He knows who i am as well. He is a great mechanic. Its amazing that when i bought my car 4 years ago that there would be a GTR in the 8's and 9's. now there are a few and there are a few being built as well. I think that this year will be a big year for the GTR's... I had no GTR's when I bought mine to look at and admire, so I travelled to Japan twice a year and even went to an official RH9 club meet many years ago and way before anyone even knew what RH9 meant. Yeah the rules here are much different for drag racing...That was the reason he went to Heathcote as he cannot race here.. they are fairly strict here as well and the rules here are very different in getting a rego sticker....sometimes the cops also check the cars out at the drags as they also know that the cars have to be regoed.   8. With HKS2530's, I currently make 330kw at all 4 and went 360kw at all 4, but we decided to run at 330kw as its a work car. Been watching your progress Munro and i am very impressed..youll have to come to Sydney once the new track is built. Mario's car would not be able to compete as his car is not registered, as they are only cars that can race here at the moment untill the new track is built. Doesnt Adelaide have a 4WD dyno yet?? Nick

    Yes that was me....Not bad for a work car heh? Its a bitch to drive in traffic.. Bloody triple plates give the legs a workout. The intercooler is the biggest Japanese intercooler, Apexi GT Drag. The same one that is on Mario's GTR-700, and RH9's car as well. Nick
  13. Dont bother with AutoBacs as they are a rip off... Its cheaper to buy the stuff here than there...If you look in the Option Magazine and Carboy magazine there is a few cheap places advertised there, even second hand stuff as well.... Cant make me jealous i am going for trip No. 8 to Japan in 3 weeks...I am in the process of organising a job there if all works out.. Nick

  15. My car also does the same but it happens if the car is idling for more than 2 mins.. You can actually hear the 4WD drive pumps running and as the light turns on the pump turns of at the same time... while in traffic i turn the car off and then back on and it back in 4WD drive mode...If i take of while the light is on then its in RWD.... This is quite annoying especially as i drive it everyday in Sydney peak hour...So if there is a fix it would be great...And yes i have check the fluid already.. Nick
