Hey guys, Im looking for a well respected mechanic in the Melbourne area to carry out some work on my R32 GTR. Can anyone recommend one that wont rip me off, and is known for quality work with respect for all customers? My experience has been varied. Some dont give their customers the time of day, but perform great work at a reasonable price. While others charge through the arse, but are great to deal with until you get your bill! I guess Im looking for a mechanic with a good name who knows the 26dett inside out. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hey guys, Need to upgrade my front pipes on my 32 GTR, and came across a good price for an aftermarket set off an R33. Can anyone tell me whether or not they will bolt up to my 32? Its as you probly know, the two into one piping. I would've thought it would match at the turbos, but concerned about how different it may be at the back end of the pipe where it joins the Cat I believe. Any light shed would be greatly appreciated coz I have a hole in my standard front pipe which sounds like shit, and probly isnt great for performance. Thanks.

Hey guys, I scratched my gtr the other day on the rear bumper and tail light. Absolutely filthy with myself! Anyway, It'll be repaired properly down the track coz it needs some minor cosmetic work done. But, does anyone know where I can get some Gunmetal Grey (KH2) touch up paint to conceal the scratch a bit. It does my head in every morning when I see the car. I need help!

Hey guys if anyone can tell me what a stock R32 gtr would make on the dyno, and then what I can expect from my gtr which is being built up at the moment. My car will have a 3" exhaust, Apexi power fc, N1 turbos, forged pistons, stainless head gasket, and maybe pod filters. Any help would be great, Im a while away from getting it, and Id love to get an idea of what kind of power she might make. Thanks.

This car is worth a lot more than that. Anyone who sees it will appreciate this. I bought the car as stock auto for 14k coz it was the cleanest 32 I could find. I then spent about 8k converting it to manual and upgrading everything around the engine except internals, to make it into the really nice car it is today. If I didnt have to sell it I wouldnt. But I have to. Theres no way the cars worth 9k. I understand Im never gonna get all the cash Ive put into it back, but I need some. Someone is going to end up with a f*&ken sweet ride. The hard work is done, and the cash has been spent. Thanks for your helpful comments though mate. Appreciate it, really....(head shake).

Hey, wasnt this car for sale very recently, by a different owner? Sorry if it was mentioned earlier as I havent read this entire thread. But if so, then why did you buy the car in the first place? Seem very strange to buy and then sell a car so quickly. Is there something wrong with the car? Cos thats what I immediately thought. Im in the market fo a gtr myself, but as a lot of others are Im sure, Im cautious about something that is so worked. The car was advertised for a lot more than 28k from memory. why would you be so keen to get rid of it if it means losing thousands of dollars on a car you have for 5 minutes? Confused...
