hey guys, Im trying to organise a b-mobile sim for when i get to tokyo (30th) and have been stumped by the address details needed in the form. Getting delivered to the hotel when we arrive. can anyone transpose from this to this its kinda urgent as im flying to phuket tonight and hadn't realised that they want a weeks notice for the sim cheers
