apparently an NA makes 190 hp at flywheel and GTST 230 hp at flywheel obviously turbo is expected to make more but a stock turbo against a modified NA can have quite even results. havent raced a gtst but im sure id keep up with one!

ive had the same problem with my car, but i think it was just lack of spark, and one or two chambers werent combusting. Hasnt happened since cos i keep the starter motor on a little longer to get it going. it could also be ur air meter playing up

Are u looking to do a conversion because of Wheel, brake upgrade or turbo upgrade. I asked a few places and they have no idea themselves, they just said that you would need the suitable parts which might cost HEAPS

yeah i have that problem too, only when i change into thrid gear at like medium speed. it just shudders then goes, i thought it could be my gear box or clutch, hell im gonna take it to a mechanic

I was doing laps at Ippy raceway and My catalytic converter temperature light came on, i let it cool down, went back out and it came on again, i didnt care anymore and just kept going and it went off eventually, does this mean i destroyed the stuff inside the Cat or have i melted the temperature gauge. my friend said there was a bit of smoke coming out the exhuast, browny stuff not oil smoke so maybe i have corrupted it. Any one else have problems with their Cat (wish i could take it off)
