  5. yeah, chapmans in cooroy is pretty good, they used to do work on my r30, and they should have a brand new dyno out there now. well experienced crew out there

    pretty much original except for whelding up the stock bleed value and putting a damn loud blitz BOV on, custom 10mm leds...... lots of cleaning up and replacing of things, 64 new hose clamps gives you some idea of the time i have spent under the bonnet (thats mostly on the manifold side)

I have the exact same problem with my L20ET, and have had many a auto spark look at it whilst straching their heads.. i can tell you that it will either be the ecu (old/dry soldier joints), the relays/fues. The problems that develop with those old ecu's is a strange one because it wont do the smae thing twice. the ecu just simply wont send any signal to the relays/vaccum sensors (one over next to the left strut) or in my case to the shitty little computer in the boot that apparently controls fuel and boost signals. good luck. try resetting the computer by disconnecting the battery for a little while, a good spray in the fuse box with some water dispersent, and kick the ECU in the guts a few time if theat doesn't work

    my bog stock orginal R30. one of the first to arrive in Aust over ten years ago. Imaculate inteirior, and well kept motor. will post some more pictures later. HR30 GT 4dr L20ET, dyno'd - 115kw @ wheels (totally stock, not even a cooler) 200k on the clock blitz BOV, Pod Filter, 10mm custom leads thats it in the way of motor mods. (most things have simply been renewed/rebuilt to keep it fit, list too long so i won't go into it) Lowered on a set of custom King springs, and adjustable Koni's Rolling on 15inch Work, E-wing rims using standard 5 speed short box (rebuilt x 2) open centre diff standard brakes, just bendex ultra something pads..... MP3 Alpine heady with some decent 6x9's and some original clarion 3inch piece of ... under the dash.
