oooo man that takes alot off my shoulders..... well everyday it takes me almost 2 hrs to get to work with public transport. I leave my house at 5:30am and i get there at 7:20. when i finish which is 4, it takes me almost 3 when returning because of all the traffic. Going from Narren Warren to Burwood its a hell of a thing. I have driven only 3 times to work and i got caught once. I can get a Refrence stating that i need my car to get to work and all that. Wow that post really made my day... well i guess we will see what happenes

haaahah relax relax im not that dull..... i wont lie i did drive from time..... but still i will keep my mouth shut, i need to see whats the mandatory for driving without a license, ill find that out with a legal aid... If he tells me mandatory for driving without a license is 6 months, then whats the use of getting a lawyer right? Fair enough im a believer in god, but im a man not a saint even i cant be nice all the time hehe

this was a 3 week trial time... and i absolutely had to be there, honestly speaking i didnt want to loose the job i get $20 per hr, having a bad record with that company certanly screws up your chances..... but i got the job now so all is safe. The copper sent me 19 pages... (mostly copies) Preety much my charges are "Drive Whilst Disqualified" At the time of driving the road was dry, light trafic, weather fine and visability good.... bla bla bla preety much what i typed in my post couple of weeks ago, the copper (for once they do this right) wrote everything word for word so its ok. Well even if i was the judge i would extend my license no doubt about it, but the question is for how long.... if the judge gave me another 3 months i would be alrite with it..... man its such a bi*h getting up mon - fri at 5:30 just to make it to work at 8. Then coming home at about 7:30..... I will go to legal aid first and see what he can give me..... well once i get my license i will visit them and see what are my options, or i should say what will be the worst scenario that i can get... The thing im afraid of because of these new hoon laws it might be manditory if getting caught driving without a license doubles your suspension... Ah well.... i got a preety good record though i never had once accident with my car ever... alrite its getting late and i gota wake up to wach the champions league tomorow so like i keep saying guys tnx for the inputs, and i will keep you posted p.s whats happening with that poll

ooo ouch.. man thats some bad luck there..... well anywhays the cop that pulled me over extended me an invitation to court. It will be on the 31st July. And im getting my license back on the 12th of June. So there we go at least i get to drive a little bit hehe. Anywhoo ill keep you guys informed

lol yea the maoris are a big race yea damn straight he payed for damages, it was a very small scrach on the back bumper..... so i got a cut and polish the car is all sweet hehe leave the camera on... so preety much it will make the kids not do anything and leave your dog alone and make a party just to piss them off

i had something similar..... i usually park my 32 in the garage, but one day after coming home from work i couldn't be botherd parking it inside so i park in on the street..... Next morning im waking up to see that my rear guard has been hit... now usually im a nice calm guy but that done it... so i went around to all the houses and asked if anybody saw something..... "nobody saw anything". Next to me are some old old ppl, and on the other side maori's...... So there i was thinking who it might be.... so i take my camera put the night vision on and leave it there to record, keep in my i left my car at the same place. Next morning eager to find out who done it, it was actually the maori's who did it. Bloody bastard when reversing out of his driving kept hitting the car, with a smile on my face i went to work.... Later that day i came home, then i went to see them. We talked for a bit and he still didnt believe me.. then i got the cam out.... straight away he started apologizing how sorry he is that he didnt know bla bla bla bla.... now yes i might look scary because im so big, but over all just use your brain.... If they play the loud music just call the cops..... the moment you see the kids hitting your dog go out side and say "Hey! what are you doing, he can hurt you" and just be very direct to the point. And if there dad happens to come to your house and say anything dw about him, i would be more than happy to have a work with him

hopefully he didnt file anything... ahh i guess we will have to wait and see, we should have a poll, on how long i loose my license - Only a fine - A month -3 Month - 6 Months - A Year lol.... well look all in all we will see what happenes, like i said before tnx for the reply guys and ill keep you posted on what happenes

i know i know that has preety much nothing to do with it... thought id say something stupid cauze everybody seems to be so damn serious about this topic..... and i cant blame them i guess...... one thing i will never forget though, cops pulling you over..... and when you get out of the car..... they step back with the hand on the gun lol..... i guess big ppl are scary lol

hmm it all depends how he was driving his r31?? As for me i was going to buy a r33 for my first car.... after given it much more thought i bought a r31 silhoutte... Then came the r33 so preety much if he is a good driver and knows how to drive, i see no problems him driving that..... hell if you are going 160km/h in a gtr or a ford focus... its the same thing, only difference is in a gtr you will get there really fast

yea well i guess that is general knowledge..... i mean if i came over there looking like a bum or some sort of muzza (hooners ) he would have a slight different look on me.... where as if i go in a well presentable suit at the end of the day it all depends on the judge.... only thing im scared of is if the judge cancells my license..... then i wont be able to drive my 32 untill i get my full license back... still waititng for the court order to come in the mail.... how long does that thing take its been 3 weeks already lol

i got a '92 gtst so im all sweet, plus i got 18" and me being 6ft 5" and weighing 100kg helps out lol .... this is shattering news though..... in august i was planning on buying a 34 gtt

hmm i just herd from one of the guys that i work with telstra 2 months ago his little brother done work experience at Dandenong Court. There are 3 judges 2 guys and a girl. The woman so far only gives fines, where the other 2 only suspend your license for at least another month. I get my license back on the 12th of June, and im going back to court some time later that month.... so we will see either way i just found out im going to Europe in August lol, for 3 months.... so that will cut my waiting time anywhoo ill keep you guys posted on what happeneds with this

man thats some bad luck, as i stated before in the forums, when i had my 33 a cop gave me a defect for my battery being in the boot. When ever a cop pulls you over just agree with what they are saying, always tell the truth and walk away. I went to vicroads with the factory manual.They told me to go to the police station. I went there talked to the officer, the officer appologised to me and took it off. Good luck with the Vicroads

The whole story with the police officer was this, he pulls me over and asks for id. I step out of the car, and said i dont have my drivers livense but i do have bankcard et etc he takes those and goes back to his car, writing on on a pad my details... Comes back says "Ok mayt, so what was happening here", Thats where i told him, look im really sorry about this, for the past 3 months i have been taking public transport to work, today i woke up late and drove. He says "Fair enough", then adds "Is it ok if i added that to your answer to this question, Why were you driving with a cancelled license" i said "yea" Then he says did you know about your license condition, i said yea, and that was preety much it. He made me park my car on the side. After that i preety much told him that i was sorry and that i know that i am at fault, he interrupted me and said "Look mayt i understand ya, but its my job" i said "fair enough officer" Started walking to the train station,which was about 5kms away. He pulls up next to me and says "jump in fella ill drop you off at the train station" So i jump in and he tells me his police id number, so when i go to work and if they ask me why i am late, i can say that i was helping him out with a car accident. Honestly speaking the guy was a preety understandable officer, at the end when i was coming out he told me that i might get a summons to court, to which i said thank you for the ride officer, have a nice day. Strangley enough as i was waiting for the train with my head down, i noticed him looking at the notes, then driving off with a nod as i looked at him. Sure i would love it nothing more than if he just tells me not to do it again..... but im also hoping that he comes to court maybe just give me a fine, but yea stuff like that happens, so ill keep you guys posted, once again tnx for all the input guys, really appericate it
