Wolve, im only getting a black screen..for second one.
-
wolve, post it up matey - some dont know where the last link was maybe...
-
then you wont hear the engines...
-
yep...looks like TG had some sense knocked into him, lol.
-
lol, do you know the drivers names, James...?
-
lol, im not arguing with that... its his driving ability that has caught my attention... Not since the likes of JV has a guy like this come along and its a good thing for the sport.
-
Mark my words, the next 10 years will be dominated by a certain British driver so all of those people who whinge and bemoan the fact he's here, get over it because hes going to be around for a very long time. I dont hate or loathe any of the drivers.,.. FA and KR have pissed me of no end with their arrogance and ignorance but i cant take anything away from them - they are human after all and its not my place to judge but LH.... Just enjoy it because he is aggressive where MS was clinical. We should thank our lucky stars we have the current lineup in F1...its mega.
-
Roy, im neither blind nor stupid. Thing is... What LH did to FA in his rookie year, and to a 2 time world champion who, lets not forget, won his WDC's when a certain German was around, was nothing short of a floor wiping. Perhaps in your purist thinking, points = canings...not so. There are many ways to measure the drivers. Points is but one of them. Shall we review the qualifying performances of the 2 drivers in 07? Nah, we dont need to because even then LH outqualified the 2 TIME WDC 10 to 7 and that on tracks he's never even seen before. I would call that an absolute caning. So what he missed the WDC last year. The writings on the wall. 1 point to a 2 time champ in your first ever year in F1 - dont even think about going there - you cannot compare an F1 car to a GP2 car now...that is what i call a caning. You wouldnt? Also, the fact that LH missed out in 07 was because of him. FA had nothing in answer. Yes, all these things, in my mind at least, = A right royal caning. How i wish MS was still around so we could see LH mop the floor with him...i dont think even the Germans brilliance would be able to withstand him.

Roy, I said this year... Ofcourse i know LH was getting info from FA...most drivers do that - they are a team after all and if one driver can fill the gap with info that the other driver is struggling to get then ofcourse its feasible. I am not one eyed. The only difference in the FA/LH saga was that as Lewis began to cane FA, FA said f**k this - im not giving him any more data,..or ill give him the wrong data... Makes sense too. If it were me and my race data was helping a rookie to flog me, then id be pulling the plug too. 08 is a completely different story and thats what i was making reference to...not 07. Lastly, you yourself admitted that data is carried over from last year. With that in mind, and its something im not arguing, LH took that data as a starting point and promptly smashed pole with it. The fact that he did it in only 6 laps throughout quali, is more a credit to him getting the car right than FA leaving data behind from last year. Dont you think so? And look at Heikki - he was tenths slower than Hamilton which may be due to fuel loads but i dont think LH is fuelled as light as everyone would believe. Either way it will be a Mac 1-2 tomorrow and wont that be a sight for sore eyes!
-
Hungarian Porn stars... Seriously, the haterz have always commented that LH was riding FA for setup. FA is gone. LH is on pole 4 2008. Thats it. The data from last year is vague and unusable at best - track temps, tyre compounds, fuel loads, surface conditions, mechanical grip, aero changes and every other freaking thing i can think of will see to that. LH has done this on the strength of his skills, his ability to set the car up without a WDC spoon feeding him and ofcourse the Mac knowledge. Give credit where credit is due. LH is mega.

GeeTr, This an awesome find. Im a few pages in and being from an Industrial Design background, im finding it engrossing. This guy is doing everything right and it seems money is of no concern so all power to him. Its refreshing to see someone go at a "project" like this in a major way. Top stuff. Cheers for the link. E beer fer ya.

Im gonna cop a flaming from Dezz, et al, but im really enjoying this year for a number of reasons, not least of all being hamiltons ability to dial a car in without the supposed help from a WDC in Gizmo. f**k Gonzo - Hammo doesnt need him...and thats farkin obvious. I LOL every time i hear the Hammo bashers - "Hammo cant dial in a car, Hammo cant drive for shit, Hammo cant overtake..." ...and then when he does all those things the bloody wankers that bash him already have another excuse lined up. He'll take the WDC and STILL people will say "Homo was lucky...Homo still cant drive for shit even though hes WDC, Homo getting the WDC is a conspiracy" IM going to be LOFL when he does it this year. Hammo will do it this year - hes focussed, serious and pushing hard and its take an idiot to doubt the Macs reliability. Not withstanding his f**k up in Canada and the flop in France, hes been slapping smug grins off faces every race and the turning point of the WDC this season was the beating he dished out to everyone in England. I love the way Hamilton drives...Hes a damn good all round driver plus the team loves him. Raikonnen looks like hes dropped his load over all this retirement bullshit and Massas too inconsistent. That leaves Heikki, who for one, will be happy to help the team if he needed to. Who else could do it this year, realistically?

No wuckerz.
