Fark all idea on the offset of my rims... 19 x 8 19 x 9.5 265/30/19s on the rear. They do scrub here and there but only because my fronts arent rolled (only figured this out the other day haha) Massive bumps the rear will scrub but apart from that there's no real drama Saying that its not exactly low!

This is all I was thinking of doing. Just the black lights.. nothing stupid, just enough light to light the foot wells up. Cant see anything wrong with doing that.

The new AMG's do sound unbelievable Sound so tough but refined. The best of both worlds is a TTLS1. Big cam, twin turbo and they sound ridiculous But a big v8 compared to a big turbo'd motor (for example RB/SR series) I dont think there is much comparison. I love the sound of my turbo but nothing compares a a big v8.

Exactly.. just assuming you would have to lose minimum $10k between GTS-T & a GTR. Never mind parts etc etc. Sure, if money was endless you would do it. But just think of $10k being spent of the GTS-T

You don't have an engineers certificate, so in short, it's not bullshit. Maybe they shouldn't be picking on people but if you had an engineers certificate you would of driven away untouched. At the end of the day that's all it comes down to is having the paper work and legal mods. Sure, I don't have an engineers certificate and have modifications that would be defectable. If I get pulled over and get defected, I won't be happy, but at the same time its my own fault for not having it engineered, simple as that. If you're that worried about being defected maybe you should spend the dollars on an engineers certificate and you won't have this problem Yiddo's 2c...

Take the front bar off and just leave it I understand your concern because I certainly wouldnt have the money to replace a bar. Saying that... I couldnt see them doing much damage

Its ridiculous.. I cant believe people would even attempt to race/speed etc outside the track. they should of paid their $45 and done it legally earlier. I still cease to believe they pulled 70 cars over for speeding/burnouts etc... I was pissed off because I thought the footage they were filming was going to be used as a positive in the community for people actually going and doing it legally.. Instead they showed it as a reason for all the hoons to gather in one place and then go stupid after its finished..

I was there too sitting pretty much next to where they were filming. We thought it was great they were out there filming legal drags, burnouts etc.. Of course they had to turn it into something completely against it... I drove past all of those cars pulled over and they were less than a kilometre from WSID.. You couldnt even race on those streets as they are only one lane and quite busy once the drags are over. Couldnt really see them doing burnouts around there either but you never know I suppose..

Are you sure the guards will need to be flared? Ive got 19 x 9.5 with 265 rubber on the rear. Apart from the guards being rolled, I certainly dont have them flared.. Got a couple of cool photos
