THEN........i put oil back in, put coolant in......AND.........coolant started pissing out. Right away, before i even got a chance to try and start the thing. Had as best a look as i could and there is a full on stream pissing out from the rear welsh plug. So I am really depressed at the moment, whole week of work for nothing, and as i start work again next week i wont have any time to rip EVERYTHING off again, so probably going to go drop it in to someone.....arghhhhhh

So over the last week got the head back on with a new tomei hg and arp studs, fitted up the 3076 which was a pain(had to grind away some of the engine mount), manifolds all one.

Racetech 4009WHR seat for sale. FIA approved and a fantastic seat. Condition of the seat is excellent. There are your usual scratches on the shell from fitting etc, but the fabric/padding is in perfect nick. It was ordered with black wear patches instead of the usual grey, which makes it look a bit better imo. Only reason for sale is I bought this sight unseen and it's not a great fit for me, my ass moves around a little. This seat is the wide version so good if your not a hobbit. I can throw in some RPM side mounts, but does not come with any rails. I have never fitted it, i was going to mount it to the floor. $1000 in sydney Will definatley consider swaps for another seat (+cash if necessary), let me know what you have. if only people put as much effort and research into what they ate and drank on a daily basis, than what supplements they take. Multivitamins are supplements, same as any other supplement. Can supplement a bloody healthy diet, however pretty useless if you eat cheeseburgers all day. I worked in the industry a while ago, and even though there are better multi's than others, i bet you couldn't tell the difference between any of them when taking them. There's only so much you can put into a tablet. Vitamins/minerals can be good if used for the right reason, however you really need to supplement them seperatley to get a decent dose of anything. As Terry would know, there is no magic tablet that contains the right thing of everything, but people still look for it. If you want a decent vitamin b, or vitamin a, or vitamin c etc etc, you need to have a fair bit of space in the cupboard

wired up the z32 today, fitting the new braille battery with new terminals/leads. Going to start making up the splitter template tonight

i've heard the rumours, yet all i've actually seen with my eyes has been positive. We will see what happens

well been away for work non stop which doesnt help, but got a couple days off so trying to get as much done as possible. Got my head back from the machine shop. Head it cleaned up, oil returns drilled out, valve seat job, supertech springs, retainers, seals, seats. The hks cams are in, hks manifold is on with a tial wasgegate and the greddy inlet manifold is on. Just waiting on a tomei headgasket to arrive. Painted the cam covers blue with some left over paint. Today i fitted a rear oil feed restrictor, blocked off the middle oil feed and fitted some arp head studs to the block. Also fitted a surge tank with an 044 and wired that up with a relay straight of the battery. Put the powerfc in and put the blitz dscb spec r in but havent wired it up yet. Once the headgasket gets in, i'll fit the head, wack on the 3076 and take it in to get tuned on e85. The car is also on stands as i just sold the te37sl's, and am getting some AME tracers and hankook z221's
