That's Wingfield. Ours have bordellos with red lights on. Geeze. Been a long time since you went north of Grand Junction Road hasn't it!
-
Yeah, the deep, dirty south... Matt lives way north. You two are at extreme ends of Adelaide

^^ further to this, make sure you get the dump and front pipe done. A lot more important than just a tailpipe.
There are a couple of dump pipes, Scotty makes one and AM Performance do a good one too.
Most important thing to do is get rid of the restrictive dump and box if baffles in the mid pipe.
Don't go to your local exhaust shop and get something made up unless they've done other M35s or you'll end up with something too loud.
-
Not sure if this counts as something I did, but I managed to score a set of Nismo mats for my birthday. Vacuum time then in they go!
-
Ok I've sent all the PMs - thanks to the 6 guys who got in on this. If there are any more late stragglers please PM me.
-
Did you check wheel bearings and CV joints?
-
And PM Scotty nm35 for his coolant bleed kit or you'll hate yourself when you try and bleed the system.
-
If only there was another device that combined everything about the PS4: x86 processor, PC based GPU, 8GB RAM...
Oh wait, thats right. You can just build a PC.
-
geeze you're lucky Igor! Ok you're in.Hi Ryan. Just got money for this mod.Any chance to squeeze me into this group buy or it is officialy closed?
-
I had thought that Dale, but with little to no carbon build-up in the exhaust it wouldn't be likely. Plus the boost curve would be all over the place once it opened. It is literally holding a flat 19psi now.
If its the gate have you asked Turbosmart? I've found them pretty good when I've had questions in the past.

Mine is the same. Figured it needs regassing.Just blowing out hot air.
Not in my car, in a mates who I fitted an A/M deck to. Was working ok and straight after but now seems to have stopped. Just blows hot air. Don't think it's anything I did as the controls are only one plug and they still work.

Any chance of a carbon one...?yep its a freeway dolphin bonnet apparentely the first one thats popped up for sale in 4 years.
they dont make them anymore, so was lucky to pick it up second hand!!!
apparently when new they sold for $1600 but i'm hoping to make them for under $1200, going to speak to some mates but i'm thinking i need atleast 5-10 people who are keen to make it worth my while.
-
Done!Count me in. I was going to go to Andrew direct as I thought I missed out on the group buy.
Rudi, I reckon we practice on yours and then do mine...
I'll send PMs with payment info this evening.
Thanks guys!

Loose connection on the AFM?
-
Cheers mate. Weird that Andrew sells a lot of M35 stuff on ebay, and nothing on here.
So you can buy off eBay, or get in on the group buy and save $80. Thats *almost* a tank of fuel.

I have wanted to change the factory cluster to white and found a Aussie company that will make a custom one for $75... they just need an M35 one for a template. If I could spare mine for a week or so I would but until public transport in the south of Adelaide goes back to normal I doubt i could go a full week without my car
I have one here mate, can take it into the city if you can pick up from there?
I swear the Nismo dash is more accurate. Not accurate, just more accurate than the stock POS. Although I think revs are slightly out too...I already have one, but it is damn useless as it is way out. I would prefer to have a 180kph dash with accuracy.
I would like the triple gauges white too if they can do it...
-
This group buy is still on and we only need ONE MORE person before it's a go!
Last call guys!
-
Whats the problem Matt? Post up here, most of us have probably had the problems. Otherwise you live round the corner from me so feel free to drop round on the weekend.
-
Further to this Leon I had the cruise disconnected and it got worse.
Disconnected the Fcon, works.
More research required!
-
alot of people talking about the rs3
but i don't think they've been pushed hard on something as heavy as the r35 yet
I'm running them on my 1700kg Stagea, been a great tire so far but haven't had a chance to run them on the track yet.
I'd be surprised if I got more thank 20,000kms out of them though.
-
Cheers Rudi.
Only need one more... C'mon!
-
Looking good. Love the wheels. Now you just need a new front bar, maybe Aero?
-
If you're sticking with the same filters then the intake pipe shouldn't make the problem worse. Sounds like a problem with the oiled filters, not the AFM.
-
hey, I'm keen bit I have issues with my afm will this increase problems, I have a dump pipe and 3"" exaust only nothing else. Cheers rudi
What issues are you having?
M35 Blown Turbo?

Where are you? There are a few guys in here that can do it for a fair price if you're in Sydney or Melbourne.
