haha nah i'm not complaining I don't expect any, at least pay rises are nice / paid company events etc. and just because I bugger off at 5 doesn't mean I'm not in early and working my ass off my motivation to leave at 5 is I start getting f*kn hungry and wanna get home and cook some din din.

haha gold. can I work for you? f*kn this ^ (I've also never received a 'bonus') have mates in mediocre roles that constantly receive bonuses must depend on the company. People at my current workplace/same role as me work like 8-6 or 8-7 and eat lunch at their desks - screw that I'm taking my hour lunch and doing my 8-5 - It's the only time I get to see any sunlight.

Nah actually prefer the latter, when he spoke to me I actually started getting excited and happy to live on my own - can turn that room into a study There's no hard feelings, I wouldn't be surprised if a year down the track they break up and asks to move back in and by then I'd be loving it on my own too much heh

#daysofleighslife update: Got given the 4 weeks notice and heads up they'll be moving in together somewhere else Also, plot twist they've only been dating 3-4months

Waiting to see what happens this week, the 'weekday rule' has been used up (last night) so she better not be around tonight or tomorrow night. Even still, I DONT want any contribution, I just want the original deal we had set - but willing to compromise 3 nights.

No worries brah, but yeah he's never lived in them and basically just rents where he's wanting to live (only since about ~2 years ago) I guess the advantage being not needing to buy any furniture, appliances, not being tied down in one spot can just pick up and go where ever and it's not such a big thing moving I guess (bed and a desk).

reminds me of when sometimes the mrs says how much she loves big houses, on the beach, etc, would renovate it all herself (she still doing uni) then when I say you're dreaming "bla bla I'm allowed to have goals you know" my room mate just got his 5th property at 30, this one up at QLD gotdayum dem sales wages

I'm still coming to grips with the whole mortgage thing, only been about 4 months but so much more stress to keep a job, toys or mods forget that! 2 incomes would be so much easier (I don't earn dat dere average wastelander 6figs) had to compromise for unit brah. Least I got in early, that way when I get married and divorced she can take half

Yeah well I don't even think he has mentioned it to her yet, because when I got home I got an SMS to discuss another day when shes not there, I'm like lets discuss in an open forum around the table with all parties? No reply. Leaning more towards the Dezz attitude the longer I'm getting f**ked around hahaha
