i dont daily mine, purely because: 1. have to put all gear over business cloths or get changed at work / fix up your hair (nohomo) 2. peak hour drivers always cant see you / wanna take you out 3. rain is annoying and in summer when its too hot you rock up a bit warm and sweaty depends on the area you live to make it worthwhile imo

yeah mates mrs stays here like 4-5 nights a week too.. might have to have dat awkward convo and ask for contribution toward bills if shes gonna spend more than 50% a week here.. f*kn jump started in iracing and screwed my race up, then its annoying that you gotta wait another hour before any more official races lol

ah yeah fair enough, we don't even have a contract or anything because he's a mate was just curious. yeah it's good and bad, we tend to work as a team when it comes to cooking / shopping etc (insert gay marriage joke here) but then sometimes you just want the place to yourself as well I reckon live in it by yourself at first see how you go / like it then decide, easier that way than the other way around. Nah he obviously gets free run of the place as much as I do, works out well for him as I'm the one forking out thousands on furniture and electronics etc that he can just use, only difference is I use the garage to park the car and he parks in the other driveway with his work car anyway.

How often should rent go up? I'm charging my roommate 175 a week based on agent saying 350 a week easy (for 2 peeps living) Pretty sure he'll move out with his gf soon tho not sure what I'm gonna do then, I'd love to live by myself but dat extra income I get the garage tho

bahahaha, probably went a little over zealous thinking it was only one parade lap - got a bit out of shape into 3rd gear wheel speed must of shot up to 150km/h + easy and touched the grass nek minit in a spin, too much iracing not enough real racing serves me right for f**king around a bit - got some stern looks from the officials down pitt straight
