  1. Hey mate, as mentioned in the OP I disposed of it late the following day, better luck next time:-) Harts.
  2. Hey guys, Have done a manual conversion and now have an S1 automatic gearbox sitting at the workshop. I need to dispose of it when the conversion is finished tomorrow, so it's up for grabs. This box is free and pick up only for Sunday. I will take it to the dump/wrecker in the afternoon, so if you are keen, message me from lunchtime to 4pm for a relatively instant response. Cheers, Harts.
  3. Side/bump strips on S1, are they painted silver? Also, what rear wing on the S1, 260RS Version? If so, I'm keen Harts.
  4. Ahhh yeah, aligned, that's what I meant lol Thanks Krishy
  5. Hey all, I'm looking for recommendations for a tyre fitter who can fit and balance tyres on a low(ish) car around the adelaide area. Last time I had tyres fitted the shop guy told me they could not balance the tyres because the car was too low to get on the hoist. On a related note, any recommendations on fibreglassers too? My front bar has copped a hiding over the last 5 years
  6. Read the allstars blog post mate, looks good! Nice job keeping it stanced, clean and quick hopefully she'll be back on the Tarmac soon
  7. I (with the help of fellow forum member run-it-hard) bpught a Nismo GMAX II twin plate (model before the copper mix) for around $950, the thing is just about brand new. Good clutches can be expensive (RRP on new coppermixes is huge, even from Japan), but if you have the time and patience, check out yahoo Japan for a bargain :-)
  8. I bought some 18x9.5 +22 rays which I'm about to pop on mine, under the recommendation of mike (forum member) I have also bought some adjustable camber and Toe arms for the rear to help them sneak under (gktech billet numbers) to avoid rolling the guards. Apparently 245/40 18 is the tyre size you would be after to avoid rubbing. I'll let you know how they fit in a couple of weeks harts.
  9. Price on 235/40/18 in the 595 RS-R to 5061 please. How long does delivery take?
  10. Actually, plug shape is the same as early c34 and r34 now that I think about it, just pin location differences
  11. I have one of the latest model ecus, from memory, in my c34 series 1 as it is around a June 98 build. When I had my emanage ultimate installed, I definately had to buy a specific field harness, as none of the r33, r34 or early model c34 ecu plugs were the same. That's from memory mind you, I'd check but my car is in a different state I can remember however that pin locations between the c34 ecu variants are different, and the plugs between the skylines, both r33 and r34 are not the same shape as the stageas Harts.
  12. Ahhh! Good to see a new year post mate, good to see the setup getting refined. What expected rpm will you hit full boost on with the smaller rear? I have some new wheels arriving for mine on the 20th, much more conservative than your fitment though :-P
  13. Sweet, no prob. Let me know if if and when you get them :-)
  14. What about the clutch master cylinder, pedal and bracket? Not sure if you replied :-)
  15. Got the clutch master cylinder, clutch pedal and clutch pedal bracket mate? Cheers, Harts.
  16. Good work mate, photos and vid look great too, its awesome to see a unicorn sideways! Must be fun to drive with 230, good figure for such low boost... So when are you going to turn the wick up?
  17. You know what Adam, I'm in exactly the same boat (no pun intended ). My first tune, I'll be happy with between 250-270kw (98 Ron pump fuel), I'll tune for e85 down the track. I think the jump from 159 at the wheels to the afore mentioned amount should be plenty for the time being... I just wanted the headroom for e85 later on, when it is more practicable
  18. Sorry to hear it went awry mate. If it's any consolation, the car looks amazing and the thread keeps me inspired! I still have the gearbox sitting at kidafa's house waiting to be installed, the Nismo twin plate arrived last week and looks the business... Thanks for that! The 3076r with Tial ext. gate, AM performance low mount mani and dump + deatschwerk 1000cc injectors are still sitting in the garage. I can't wait to compare results, now all I need is the time to install the bits I hope your luck turns mate, can't wait to see some photos of the car in action harts.
  19. As mentioned already, EBC is Electronic Boost Controller. AFM is Air Flow Meter PSI is Pounds per Square Inch (a pressure reading, you may also hear people refer to 'BAR'. Don't quote me as I have been out of school for over a decade, but I believe this is Barometric pressure, also known as Atmospheric pressure. 1 BAR is equivalent to 14PSI. Feel free to correct me here as I can't be bothered googling it ). Other acronyms common to the Stagea realm are: ATTESA - Advanced Total Traction Engineering System for All-Terrain (thanks wiki), aka (also known as) your Stag's Active AWD system (C34, not sure for M35). HICAS - High Capacity Actively Controlled Steering (thanks wiki), aka your Stag's 4 wheel steering system. SAFC - Super Air Flow Controller, a computer made by Apexi for mild tuning of airflow maps. SITC - Super Ignition Timing Controller, a computer made by Apexi for mild tuning of ignition timing maps. ABS - Anti-Lock Braking System. An obvious one, but it's better to assume no prior knowledge for the sake of being thorough VCT - Variable Cam Timing NVCS - Nissan Variable Cam System There's a few to start
