mmm, did they "measure" with ur mates in the car? if so, I think thats why they didnt bother properly measuring... I really couldnt imagine ur car with a car load of people and an exhaust to be higher then 100mm at all points..... especially under the rear diff like already mentioned... its always pretty low under there. why the fine though? when I got a major defect (too low, boost controller, and HID lights) I didnt get any fine, just had to fix it up... so I raised my exhaust, hid the boost controller and changed bulbs back over for the day.... got the rwc, went to vic roads, went home and put the HIDs back in. cost me like 70-80 bucks for rwc and that was it.... gl with it mate.

u could get a stegea (or however u spell it) motor... some of those are 4wd. otherwise just turbo urs like it did if ur asking if u can make urs not a 4 wheel drive and turboed.... just a simple 25det would do the trick.

Casual guy is not bad ive found, most things there are pretty cheap, target surprisingly sometimes have some decent stuff.... myer aswell, but depends if theres sales. Im not saying ur mum cannot sew, or you, but suits can be a little finicky I hear, and u definetly dont want to screw up the suit u just bought... so try and get the store alterer to do it asap. ur taking it well mate.... atleast it wasnt that bad.... but kinda makes the car look like she is crying now if u dont have to drive the car I would be taking out that headlight to prevent anymore damage... (they cost 500 a light from nissan if you cant find one on the forums) so keep it safe... only thing I know Id be doing is using my skyline power to chase after the mofo.... gl with it mate!

My oil seal went in my old stock turbo, the back of the car was blowing out heaps of whitish/blue smoke. from what I understand, oil makes the blueish colour, so maybe its not an oil seal?

well, from what I have discussed with a number of people: keeping my engine: -I know its history and well maintained -never missed a beat, even after all this work -for the money, this will be a more powerful engine and be able to handle more since all forged for 26conversion: -would probably look more stock then a forged 25 -But, may not know the history so yeh, always wanted a 26, but would have to spend alot more to get the same out of it. its still doing my head in though.

Hey , I havent checked out this thread in a while, but awsome work N-dawg! finally got some power! I just wanted to give an update on my power, got a gizzmo ms-ibc, which made a heap of difference in torque, so im pretty happy about that Really enjoying the power and torque for now, its pretty hard to keep the wheels down, even though its a 4wd..... The purple line below, was with a little extra boost and timing, but for longevity sake I prefer safer and that way its alot cheaper to forge my engine, then if something is blown. The red line is my current power and thats on 15psi im pretty sure, but there still is a little boost leak because the tuner and I belive the wastegate hole isnt big enough. Regardless, im happy(for now ), the cars running safe and well. Adam

hey dude, I did the turbo conversion on my 33 using my current motor as I knew the history of it, and that I always maintain it. that was one reason for keeping my engine, and the second is that mine is a gts4, and was going to be a bit of a pain to swap sumps with the turbo engine, etc.... I didnt change diffs and gearboxs, the only thing i did do was brake upgrade and convert to 5 stud hubs because you cant fit the bigger turbo brakes on the na stuff-atleast for 33's. you will probably also need: (im not sure what you have--do you have a standard turbo or aftermarket? injectors... fuel pump... CLUTCH!!!---- mine went 4 hours after turboing my car with a standard turbo... standard turbo ecu or possibly loom?? thats about all I can think of now..... but yeh, so far diff has been fine, as well as gearbox, and now at 230rwkw and 400nm of torque..

lol, sounds like you almost wanted the cops to have a look over it. I guess they were just trying to see if it was worth their effort to pull you over, stop their car, undo their seat belt, put on their hat, lift one fat leg out of the car, lift the other fat leg out...... you see where Im going with this... or just try to blind you with a little flash light at 70kms and cause and accident.... seems fair
