That sentence about MS reminds me of Hungary 2006, even though Schumacher, the master in-car strategist, got wayyy to hungry (lol, Hungry in Hungary..), if anything, pitting for drys when most others were doing so would've got him 3rd if not 4th, instead, he went wheel banging with Dela Rosa on worn inters, and then wheel to wheel with Kubica before finally retiring (crash I think)... It was this point, not Monaco, where I felt Schumacher lost critical momentum against Alonso (remember his wheel nut fell off in Hungary)... Those few extra points at Hungary would've not made Japan so cataclysmic for his championship hopes... HHmmm anyway, not watching ITV again, I can't stand that 'Senna-esque' bullshit every race, I'm going to put pitchforks in my fcking ears if I hear it again.... FFS at least wait 'till he wins a championship or two before you bestow him with that kind of a label... I just can't watch F1 any more, I find the commentary so blindly single-minded and so disturbingly frustrating and sickening... Just Homo Hammo Homo Hammo every fcking race, every fcking race... People thought F1 ratings were going to plummet due to Schumacher dominance but they've lost me because the F1 commentary team has forgotten how to commentate and resort to hand-job'ing Louise Hamilton at every event, all race long... Enough is enough, it is just downright repulsive and makes F1 un-watchable... Like I said, fcking pitchforks in my fcking ears!!! BTW, bad luck for Sutil, I was backing him for points, was hoping he'd make it... Too bad KR smashed into the back of him... BL to the entire Force India team, they deserved those points, as did Sutil, great drive for the young Kraut, I hope teams don't quickly forget this drive by him... Like to see Hammo do that in the Force India (then, even then I might reserve a slither of respect for him)..

If that is the case it won't be the first time Ferrari have run light.. Not convinced they are super-light though.. The Fez might have been sandbagging most of the weekend.. In the end they had genuine pace the last three or four Grand Prix, you can't say that they didn't have the potential to get on the front row..

As a result of him landing an underpowered, privateer, debutant Jordan car 7th on the grid at Spa, a track he only previously traversed on his mountain bike 2 days before hand... Prior to that though, Schumacher was hardly carried, he did it tough, both parents works and neither could accompany him to most of his races during his adolesence... Always making do with 2nd rate machinery and pushing his own abilities, and his car to the absolute limit, making the most of what he had at his disposal.. I'll conceed that Benetton was a big jump from Jordan, but it was hardy championship winning materal in the 91, 92, 93 seasons... Compared to the McLaren Honda's, the Williams Renault's and even the Ferrari's... It is at best, a very limp wristed comparison to the sweet soufflé that Hamilton fell into... Also, if I recall correctly, for a majority of those seasons in question, I believe the Benetton was only a customer and didn't have a works deal with Ford until 93/94....

1: iirc who got lumped into a 'potentially' championship winning, front row machine last year??? Eerrrr not Nelsinho (that that I rate Jr. all that highly either).. 2: Considering Alonso had kept up his championship hopes right up to the last round of pitstops doesn't really make him '2nd rate' as you say.. Not only that, I found that over the course of last and this year, Alonso has really mellowed. Before he was very hungry to beat Schumacher, MS was one of the greatest drivers of our generation, if not ever.. For Gonzo to beat him was huge, and to do it twice was monumental... However I think after last season's tumultuous shenanigans, Alonso has adjusted his attitude somewhat, he knows he isn't perfect, he knows he has to work hard and yet he doesn't feel the need to have steam blown up his own arse every day of the week... Hamilton on the other hand, has learnt nothing, and will struggle to ever 'grow' and 'improve' as a driver... If he didn't learn from last season's bullshit, chances are he will never learn..

Yeah... Just going to do Autotest next season... I am seriously considering the Zed idea, but trying to avoid financial peril at the same time! Not an easy job, but yeah, if the idea can be done it will be done... Probably going to use the VG30 as it is still sitting in my uncle's garage.. If that fails...
