Patience and a heat gun......just sprayed em up with Matt black and sealed them again with silicon. It one of those jobs that is very easy to stuff up!.

So this is where the Black Cow is up to. The Front, Rear bars and rub guards are about to be sprayed and modified. Also waiting for my Takero's carbon Fibre rear wing to get here!

I have another part for stiffness! Need to talk to someone who has a M35 Chassis Jig though!!!! Anyone got one!!! If I cannot find one I'll setup another Group buy. P.S. This will take away the need for strutt brace......not that we needed a strutt brace anyway with our chassis but is a need!!!

If your after an emanage, harness and injectors I can get a brand new setup at a good price. Can also do the install and get a Jez tune if you don't want to go to Vic. Or just buy my car with everything already done!

Got the car with 70K......easy driving mostly freeway and the turbo goes at 80K........Rebuilt with a Garret BB core....the new turbo has done 140K with varies levels of boost/motors(my fault) and various setups topping out at 30PSI for a small time with no issue. You figure it out. On a further note....one of my mates has a brand new 2011 GTI with only 40K on it: DSG Gearbox replacement Front and rear diff replacement Front rotors gone already....wtf! Turbo!!!! on standard boost......goooonnnnneeee! and.......wait for it......a petrol motor that sound like a diesel.......new motor time! Lucky VW is paying the bill's atm. Then there's my Dad's V10 Towrag........turbos are still good....but the list of replacements parts after a manufacturing fault with the fuel rail was huge at 110km's Lolz....without trying to stir up any VW owners!

Drop in an r35 engine and you'd be right with the v35 as well.....in fact a lot better off!

You don't need the motor out but you do need a good variety of tools.

No real difference to performance that is correct!....however the temps generated at full song on a track are a little different....every bit helps. Even if I only do 3 lap sprints "at my pace" on short tracks and it keeps the temps down it will be great. My only stuff up today was that I didn't put the sensor in the sandwich play before filling the oil.
