  1. i have a r32 gtr l jetro power fc. i'm wondering if i use an extra maf and the right injectors with risisstor pack and air intake temp sensor will it work on the gts-t.? THANKS.

  4. thanks mate your the only one that was very clear about the situation. my car is a gtst and i will go with the 15x8 with a back space of 6" with the 26x10 drag tires. what type of tire would you recommend I'm looking for one of the best on the market.?????? what can i do to the suspension to aid in the drag set up.???????? how about changing the spring rate ti a softer one what do you use?????????
  5. ok so if i use a 15x10 with a back space of 4" there will be 6" from the hub out. your right i dosn't sound like it will fit basing it on the rims i have right now. they only have a lip of about 2 inch so just off the top of my head i would say it should be about 5-6 inch back space with a raised ride hiegth and a rolled lip. i will mesure it up tomarrow. thanks for the help 2rismo

  9. i'm new into the drag world i dont know what a pineapples is. the adjustable rear camber arms i know about and will buy them asap. with the arms your saying to run the rear wheels at -5 deg camber.????????????right. what is a pineapples ?????????/
  10. thats od that you say that, i was thinking of the same thing. before i put the coil overs on the car felt like it lunched better with the stock suspension. i think this has to do with the spring rate like you mention and the travle the car should scwat better off the line and in gear changes with the stock set up. I was thinking on contacting the guy at titan motorsports and asking some question on the setup i should be using. there always battling GTR and should be able to help. do you think 15x9 rims with 28x9 mickey thompson full drag tire would fit on the GTST.???????????????
  11. yes i know people read other threads. i own 5 skylines 3 Silvia's and 1 240sx the car i was referring to was a white GTST that i just got from japan. (stock car) i was planing on investing 3000 dollars into the car for small upgrades. i dont ask question to fool myself dood. i ask to learn. would you like me to post the cars i own and if so how would that help my situation. I'm planing on getting a GTR in the coming future for full Drag set up. can you help me with a suspension set up for the GTST (drag set up.)
  12. thanks mate so how about 15x 9 or 15x10 the most. OK lets say were going to use 15x9 what would you recommend (witch tire brand and type. the last person that replied said i should think about my suspension. i have a set of coil overs, thinking about it that's not a drag setup. can anyone recommend a suspension set up for this GTST.

No mate using a friends coils i was dynoed at 750 hp at the wheels. i'm limited to 12 psi with my coils as thats the only thing on my car that is stock. this hp was at 30psi . running 12 psi I'm ripping loose BF Goodrich full drag tires on 17's i used my friends coils to find my problem the coils are braking down slowly first it was 20 psi them 15 now its 12 with a .6 mm gap this is crap i need a full drag set up. What offset can i use on my car (GTST 15x11 wide with Mickey Thompson drag tires ) please help thanks.

Hi i have a situation that i hope you can help me out with. i had a race today and lost to a GTR about 2-3 car lengths i have a GTST with a fully built motor and all supporting mods. except for coils witch is limiting me to only 12psi. Anything over that and i get a bad misfire. (new split fire coils are on the way.) with only 12psi I'm having a traction problem and need better rims and tires. i need a set of drag rim's and tires, size about 15x11 inch wide for the rear x2 . and one of the best drag tires on the market. the car is about 750 hp. can any one help me with the offset that i will need or anything that can help in this situation.

  16. the fist map is my whole ignition map that is in settings 2 on the datalogit screen i Had add +2 deg timing to the stock map. this is the whole map was raised by +2deg. timing the second map was a log in 4th gear at WOT. and the resulting data. i use crappy 93 octane fuel ( this is not good but with a knock of no more that 15 at WOT is not to bad ) what do you guy's think. i though that tuner keep on adding timing until they reach torque drop off or high knock levels.
  17. i have a race on the weekend and any help would be very helpful looking at the AFR i will try to datalog and get a AFR of 12.0 at WOT. I'm learning about timing and need a little help on the topic. thanks for all your help again guy's this car would not be where it is today if not for SAU guru's

FMIC Hks SSQBOV Gt35r turbo with 6 boost top mount Tial 44mm external gate Sard 280l/h pump Sard 800cc injectors Sard fuel regulators Hks twin power Z32 AFM Sard fuel rail Buildt motor Lm2 wideband Powerfc and datalogit (just of the top off my head.) I've added a list of logs to be looked at I'm running 12psi and can fell the tire wanting to rip loose in thr. gear. any help would be very much appreciated. there is a pic of the set up in the attachment. this car is for drag porpoises thanks again guys.

Is it true that tuners, on a turbocharged car will advanced the timing until they get a reasonable knock level. i was told that on N/A car this method can't be applied because on a N/A car will reach torque drop off before high knock level and on turbo cars you reach a a high knock level before you reach torque drop off. this is a ignition map for my rb25det can anyone give me any kind of suggestions for improvements. this was increased +2 deg. from the stock Power FC ignition map. thanks guy's

  22. i have red the instuction and i'm lost i have no base map like he talked about i have a fc datalogit for a skyline not a celica. lots of things are bifferent. i understand that the method is the same but he is way to confusing in his way of teaching. thanks for the link mate as with many more reading i should get it .
  23. yes mate i have the lm2 unit this is AFR log in 4th gear Full throttle at 12psi i need to get 12.0 AFR on full load how do i take away fuel???????????
  24. do you rewrite the values in the inj screen too add or remove fuel or do you do it in the inj correction screen for exsample at 5000 rpm's i have a AFR mixture of 12.6 if i needed to add more fuel i would rewrite this value to 12.0 and that would be it for that load piont at that rpm ????????? Does anyone know of a link for the fc datalogit (using it and its functions for the rb25det's)?????????? thanks agian mate.
  25. thanks mates i must be a fool to have missed that. i clicked 1 and then i saw the dec values. i've just started using the datalogit just about 2 weeks ago so sorry agian mate for the stupid question. not knowing is a b--ch.
