on the way back to the coast i had a xd falcon v8 rev me up so i gave him a run and his engine blew up!!!! ive never seen sooooo much smoke in my life. go ford power....

I just pulled out my dash tonite! theres about 220mm from the face of the dash to the wiring and crap at the back - but i have a head unit in the space above but it looks to be clear behind there too...

Zombie - good point about the helmet.... my head is about 1 - 2 inches from the lining and in guessing a helmet is about 2inches thick? -

I'm 6'0" and have enough room - ive never hit my head on the ceiling, but i sat in a mates 33 with a sunroof and my head hits the ceiling over big bumps.... -

Ive seen an RB26DETT (without the 4wd stuff) in a 4 door R33 and it wasnt as easy as just swapping everything over. It took about three days for a mechanic who specialises in skylines to iron out all the little problems. i think electrics were more of a problem than mechanical. it had bigger turbos, a powerfc and avcr too. that being said, make sure you reasearch it first....

after putting in a daikin exedy h.d. clutch kit mine still made that noise - louder i think. ive been assured by a skyline specialist its nothing to worry about - totally normal. -

Clutch or Thrust Bearing?

I can hear a whirring noise when the clutch is out and standing still too. I asked my mechanic about it 9 months ago and he said it was just the gearbox turning over or maybe a bad thrust bearing - had no problems to date. He also said that if it was a bearing wait until its fully flogged out before replacing it. -

you can get boot lock badges from nissan but they come with the lock itself and the barrel and costs around $190 i need one too
