i would also suggest not to flog the daylight out of your atm.....RB25DET ecu's are self learning ECU's so it takes about 500-1000kms before it sorts itself out....so just drive it normally and also since you have a FMIC you may need to regap the spark plugs to 0.8mm.....also check if there is a slight leak anywhere....as that could also cause some issues....check all your fittings, vaccum lines etc and how is your stock boost controller fitted up??? hope that helps and goodluck mate

Ben mate you dont need a HD tc to get HD channels....just get a Digital Set-top box mate....i got one for my other TV and it works a treat and cost like $100 max if that lol and you get all the channels a lot clearer and aint gonna miss out on HD shit
