  2. well the whole idea of this thread was to see who was really heading out last friday night i am more then happy for the mods to make this the weekend/friday night thread and i agree with your suggestions as well james....make a thread friday and its deleted by monday/tuesday that way its all in the one thread and you dont have to go through another 5 threads and make 10 posts to find out whats happening
  3. bet of luck to all of those who are involved in this really hope that everything goes well without complications 2 SAU babies....we should get them some SAU shirts
  4. yep that would be your best bet penny vent out some of that anger
  5. Yep i circled both on that one To enter and see what i can beat and also to get some good feedback on how the 33 is going etc etc
  6. lol they should fix the god damn roads some of the roads around adelaide is absolute shocking ohh and penny if you pay yearly rego you save something like $100-$150 IMHO thats a lot of money to be saved on rego well at least thats another months worth of insurance for me really
  7. I am just hoping that this doesnt clash with my futsal games on sunday
  8. Damo if you look at the entry form they have the option of either entering in as competing or entering in to get tuning details
  9. well damo just enter mate and give it a go really thats the only way you would be able to get better at it
  10. let me know if your going to enter and we shall do it together.... i mean go to motorkhana together
  11. Just put a baffle plate in and walla the zorst will be quiet as once you pass regency take the baffle plate off and your back to normal what doesnt seem loud to us will be loud to the DB meter at regency mate trust me and they will pin you even if your 1db over so not worth the risk imho mate good luck with it all PS i have a r33 cat with baffle plate if you need it mate
  12. happy birthday flick just reminding you that your getting old have a good day
  13. +1 Dave I am thinking of joining you now in this event mate looks like a good day of fun ps if i do go into this event i will be shit house but dont really care
  14. i cant believe you talked me into this Cara now i have to actually go and spend some time cleaning the damn thing
  15. but that would be worth it nigel you dont want any mishapps happening specially if its not regoed mate for example someone might rear end you but since your car isnt regoed i guess the other person could possibly sue you for a whole lot more pete would know more about this sort of things and scenarios
  16. I think one of my mates chucked a R34 turbo on his RB20 and made something like 180rwkw with fmic, fuel pump, pod and 14psi of boost so wont suprise me Dave if you make a significant gain from that mate
  17. thats all good dave you got time mate
  18. +1 for putting in at PGSA dyno day Put it in the coming dyno day at Graham West Workshops and ask Brett to give you advice on how the car is running etc He will give you a lot of feedback and also will tell you what other simple things you can do to get the most out of your 32 mate
  19. I would say that villis would be a nice central place for pretty much everyone
  20. Then for that Dave i would say go with a RB turbo from what i have heard it reduces lag on a RB20 so it shouldnt be laggy on a SR20 me thinks good luck with whatever you do mate
  21. So hurry up dave and organise something for the meetup for that day Dave or do you want me to go ahead and work something out??? Should be a awesome day now i cant wait
  22. ohh thats some really bad news dave i dont think that you would be able to crack a head just by leaving the rad cap off try putting coolant in the rad and start her up and see if there is if the coolant changes colour etc if it goes murky then you got a head problem
  23. Well depends on what your really after Dave. I have heard of people putting R34 stock turbo on and having a decent power increase by that. GT2871R isnt a bad option either as i think thats what Dale is running in his 180 and is making quiet nice power. So really what you want is to find out the maximum for your other parts ie. injectors, afm and etc and then go with a turbo that wont be maxing those components out otherwise you might as well spend a lot of $$ and get everything done....ie injectors, afm, fmic, coil packs, ecu tuning etc Hope this helps Dave
  24. the mods have returned from their virtual hawaii holiday
