I am with kelly on this one....if i was getting a big job like this done then i would be making sure that a reputable workshop does the job instead of a backyard job......even though you prob are qualified and experienced MYRB30 but i still would take it to a workshop.....

nah mate....i had a stock s1 front bar with a lip on it and my Greddy intercooler fit perfect.....just had to remove the mashing thats all.....the piping sits nicely into the front slots....

I am with simon on that one dude....i reackon check the split hose....if its not that then actuator and if not then sad news new turbo

thats why get it installed and properly tuned on a dyno mate....btw have you checked for split along the vacumm hoses
