  1. Different camber on either side I'd guess, either from wheel alignment being up to shit, or something being bent. That or the flare's aren't even.
  2. Nah havn't got em powder coated yet, I'll get em all done black eventually. That or maybe a really dark grey. Shit they'll be hanging out with spacers on them!
  3. My old wheels make it look awesome mate! Getting my guards rolled this weekend so I'll be rocking the same set of very fresh wheels as you
  4. Less then 10 kg a corner? Are they SP1's or Miester's? My Professor's are a bit heavier then that.
  5. OK lads, Had the back wheel of the 33 the other day while fitting my new SSR's on, and thought I might adjust the camber so the tyres wouldn't chop out the tyres. But I had a bit of a brain fade, and for the life of me, I couldn't see any eccentric bolts, or any threaded bits to adjust. I feel like a dumb ass, because between two 4th year mechanics, we couldn't see shat haha. Am I going to need camber arms or does the rear have adjustment?
  6. Chef, looks AMAZING. You wouldn't even need a kit, just bag that shit and get it scraping gash. Wow, I think I might try and convince mother to sell her Commodore and buy one of these haha.
  7. inthisglass, looks awesome with the GT-R rims on there mate! What tyres you running?
  8. Are they SSR wheels on that black one? The one that was already posted earlier? These are like Japanese Stato's, I want one!
  9. Y34 owners are the only one checkin it out, I'm always checking in here for some new pics, I think these rigs look out of control! Specially that black one that's dumped on its gash.
  10. I am in love! I have had that pic of your car when it was black, for like forever, it was my inspiration to buy a 33! And I did, and I've got very similar rims ( SSR Professor's ) waiting to go on it, just keeping my eye out for a set of fronts I can swap with ( mine are low brake clearance all round, 18 x 9.5 + 18 )!. Looks awesome now mate, reminds me of the ex-JMS/Mark Phillips 33.

  12. I know it's in the DIY forum mate, have a gander through there, i found it the other day.
  13. Yeah spoke to one of the blokes at work today, he recommended making up another rod, but Dad is an engineer so no tent pegs for me haha. I'll let you know how I go. R33GTRkid, I assume you've already adjusted the rod at the pedal?
  14. Removed the old exedy button clutch, chucked the new heavy duty single plate in, and had to crack the bleed nipple on the slave to get it to line up with the holes in the gearbox, couldn't push the f*cking rod back in. Anyway got it back together, and the engagement point of the clutch is still way to close to the floor, even with the rod adjusted out the whole way. Anyone experienced such a problem? Shagged slave? Master?
  15. Anyone know for sure, the tension the flywheel bolts and clutch bolt are meant to be on a R33 RB25? And don't say F*cking Tight haha
  16. OK so while I've got my box out doing the clutch, I had an idea that it probably wouldnt be a bad plan to rebuild the box seeings as the input bearing is a bit noisy and sometimes crunches into third. SO anyone got any rough ideas on how much a rebuild kit eg: bearings, synchros and seals, would be? Anyone got any CBC part numbers I can look up?
  17. Looks real nice mate, looking forward to seeing it with the 5 stud wheels on there.
  18. I'd definitely look into the T56 option, wicked gearbox.
  19. Ok ladies and gents, after a bit of advice. Clutch died in the Heysen Tunnels yesty, which is a Exedy cushion button clutch with lightened flywheel, and it's time for a newy. So I'm looking for a streetable clutch, something that can be ridden a little bit eg: in traffic, backing onto a set of ramps, getting out of sand etc. And I'm looking for a clutch that will do all those things, and hold a maximum of 300 rwkw ( which I dont have now, but one day I hope to, so I wanna make sure I've got the headroom for upgrades. ) I've heard a lot about these Jim Berry clutches, so don't all go saying " Get a Jim Berry Full Monty ", so I'm looking forward to hearing everyone's opinion, so I can get my broke ass car back on the road.
