Does anyone know, if 33 calipers sit out the same, from the hub, as a S15 caliper? As in the brake clearance or a rim of a certain disc type, would be the same on a 33 as an S15?

I agree with you wholeheartedly on the first bit, but not so much the second bit. As far as I know, Falcon ute's still have leaf spring rear end, which in my opinion, not so good for traction. My best mate has a 270rwkw VY SS manual and that's not too out of control for the street, and doesnt roast the tyres in every gear, spins them up pretty easily in first and second if your going hard, but it's not got the best rubber on the back.

What that guy said, location, and two seats for sale ( with rails ), yes? -
Seen that also, VERY pink. Spotted a silver S2 R33 near Padthaway yesterday on my way to Adelaide from Naracoorte, gave him a bit of a wave. Also spotted a Monaro yellow S1 33 today on ummmm....Marion Road I think, not far from the Marion Hotel, gave him the thumbs up but I think he may have thought I was a bit of a knob due to flattening it to beat the rush of traffic ( I'm from the country, I don't do so well with the traffic haha )

Has the change of gearbox oil made the crunching into 4th any better? -
Yeah, thought about spraying a bit of gear on it and see if it'll shut it up. Might try it tomorrow night when I'm down at work jacking the rig up a bit. Will let ya know how I get on. Just wanted to see if anyone has had a similar problem.

Neg, should be checking side to side or in and out?

Well me and my best mate are both mechanic's, so we did it how we would do any other car, bout quarter of a turn in the belt with the tension on. It's just a bit queer, how it does it more when it's hot, AND it did it before we did the belt, just not quite as bad.

The wheels on that white 31, are SSR Professor's yeh?

Rito, got defunkted by the boys in blue the other day, have to whip all the boost controller gear out before the inspection, wondering if anyone has a pic of how the vacuum lines for the wastegate actuator, BOV etc hook up on a stock S2 33? Also, did a timing belt on the rig the other day, and got the stock 'new timing belt' whine, but when it gets hot, it gets a terrible whine up. Did it a bit before hand but is worse now, sounds like its coming from the CAS area, anyone had problems with them being a bit noisy?

That would explain the flames I have been shooting

So it's cutting fuel or what?

Hey all, Being my first import, there are things that I'm still unclear about, and I'm just looking to bounce some ideas off all y'all. I have recently got a new dump/exhaust installed, and it's changed the power delivery. Before I had it installed, it seemed to have smooth delivery until redline, and when I had the boost controller on, it would pull like buggery till bout 5500RPM, and then sort of tapered off, not a complete died-in-the-arse situation, but just pulled less hard. Now with this new free flowing exhaust, it seems to be doing similar thing, even with the boost controller off. Am I right in thinking that it's just my widdle stock turbo running out of puff?

Just wanna know if they are the same as any other RB's, or if anyone has the part number for them? Also, anyone know if any aftermarket mobs do them? ( Aftermarket as in cheaper then genuine )

You've got more then one copy yeah? If so I'll take one, those r33 workshop manuals you said you have included could be very handy -
I think you're going to need bigger then 10.5's to fill those out, I've seen 18 x 10 +22 on the rear of an R33 with stock guards, may have been rolled.

Very nice mate, I'm a big fan of those wheels.

So it's exactly the same as an R33 one? If so, PM me some bank details mate -
Anyone know what Just Cars have to say on a similar thing, instead of a Power FC, what do they say about coilovers?

The black 33 belonged to Nathan Blocki. Has been sold now though... Used to be white, had some silly powerful 2.7 L in it from memory.

This still for sale? -
It's not the offset that f*cks with the ATTESA Dan, it's the rolling diameter of the rim, ie: wider tire + same profile as front = bigger rolling diameter.
