  2. I must be lucky with my car is a bloody 86 hr31. And i keep her in good mechanical health the HICAS is still working fine. All these later skylines already screwing up, man previouse owners must have done diddly squat maintenance.

  3. i would imagine any half good body shop could help. Or somewere that works on custom cars should have experiance modifying etc. DPP (dent panel and paint) or something. On Magill Rd Norwood. i see some nice cars there and bikes.

  4. Personaly I would take some time learning the handeling characteristics of your 33 before spending money disabeling and locking HICAS. Then you will be able to tell the difference before/after HICAS.

  5. get the $14 inspection so you can get a list of part needing replacing, also take it with a pintch of salt. they tend to over quote. I have new kyb's,king springs and sway bars. apparently the shocks are leaking already and the sway bar bushes are gone..haha about a year old and only done about 7k on road. but they did find my problem and i had that fixed by someone cheaper i sourced the parts myself. I did in the end replace my sway bar bushes to a stiffer compound but there was nothing wrong with the old ones.

  6. i just did my front bushes in my skyline. i got super pro "blue" apparently they mainfacture the whitleine stuff for them. i took out my whiteline bushes "only 1yr old" in comparison the super pro was a little bit firmer than the whitlelines. so far they feel good and no noises. As far as other brands Ive heard stories about nolathane bushes decaying quickly but i cant comment first hand.

  7. you will find cheap aero parts are often copies sold as discounted originals. basically hold the part up to light and you should not see light, some lighter areas are ok but nothing to thin. In the end if it takes a weeks labour to correct a ripple skirt how are you saving money??

its funny to see cars covered in cheap kits, looks like aero bars, covered in ripples and full of holes!!

  8. i would go the rb25 for sure cheap and easly available going hi flow is a cost but if you search the forum people seem to get awsome results. also the turbo has nissan on it so i doubt seeing that the inspectors at regency would then investigate further.

  9. thanks for the feedback mate the guy at wholesale suspension blacktown told me they were going to be linear springs and the super lows were progressive rate, i haven't seen them yet so im not sure. maybe he has them mixed up.

lol. or i do. i might have super lows then. the springs definatly look progressive rate. thinking about it i actually had to take em back the first time because the inner spring diamiter was too small. shop ordered in some more so this time they might have gotten the super lows..
