  1. It was done under warranty so I don't know what it cost; done by E&M Unique Motors, 21 Parramatta Rd, Fivedock Phone 02 9799 9333. See the owner Michael who is honest, helpful and courteous
  2. Both passenger and driver's windows should drop a little when opened and raise up to seal below the turret moulding when closed; otherwise the glass hits the moulding when you close the door. As I have mentioned i have been having trouble with my driver's door power window and when it was stuck up it was difficult to close the door because the glass hit. Got it fixed today (hopefully!!) and they think it was the module (or relay I think) driving the motor. Also found out about the fuel door because I checked a few cars while there; as mentioned before when the car is locked so is the fuel door; when the car is unlocked the fuel door is pressed to open. Some of the cars I checked, the fuel door sprung open when I held the open button on the key - weird!
  3. Can you let me know more about the BCM - how to find out if it is faulty, do you replace it or can it be fixed or reprogrammed, is it a common fault, where is it? Thanks
  4. I am having problems again with my central locking and power window both on the driver's side. The auto electrician who knows the V35 repacked the power window motor and aligned the gears and it worked for a while but has now shit itself again. Any clues why both have gone - do they use the same controller? Are the motors for both the same as the 350Z? The window is locked in the up position and it interfers with the top moulding when closed because the release memory for the window to open and close the door is also not operating. Any clues as to what's happening??
  5. My G35 infinity service manual says for the premium service to replace the automatic transmission fluid and engine coolant at 30000 miles or 24 months, change engine oil and filter every 3750 miles or 6000km. For schedule 2 maintenance it only mentions engine coolant replacement every 60000 miles, engine oil every 7500 miles and no mention of auto fluid replacement. Schedule 2 is for cars doing mainly highway driving in temperate conditions.
  6. My fuel door must be faulty as it will not lock when the car is locked.
  7. Can anyone explain how the fuel door works on the 350 GT (2003 model). Sometimes mine (rarely) flicks open when the remote is used and other times it remains locked and I have to get to the lock throught the boot to release it. Also has anyone had troubles with the driver's power window and central locking?
  8. I am paying $962 with Dawes in Sydney for $32000 for my 350 GT
