Hey guys... jst got my car up here finally but the battery is flat and wont hold a charge. Can anyone tell me where in Brisbane I could get a reasonably cheap one to last a couple months till I can buy a proper one? Or does anyone have one lying around? Any help is much appreciated

Cheers guys, really good information. Im originally from Canada and we dont have any rules like the ones here. We only have a db rule on exhaust, have to pass emissions and safety test so all this is new to me. Ive been down in Sydney the last 2 years trying to find out everything I could but the RTA is not as helpfull as one might think. I already have a turbo back exhaust and fmic, I even got the exhaust real quite and stealth just to avoid attention. Ive heard the rules are a lot more leanient here and love the sound of a real deep exhaust with a BOV, I know the BOV does little to none for power but love the sound. So Im thinking bout gettin a cannon on the back of the exhaust and the BOV and would love any suggestions on either. Thanks again

I have had my r33 off the road for bout 8 months and might need a little look over plus a fluid change inside the coming weeks. Anyhoo, any help is much appreciated. Sorry mate, wasnt tryin to stir anything up. Just figured you all would know more about the commos performance having been to the track so I was looking for an educated opinion. Wasnt saying anything about illegal activity, didnt realize there was a rule against asking about what would more then likely perform better.

Just a quick question to settle an argument. A friend of mine has a fairly new v8 calais and Ive got a lightly modified r33 gtst s2. He seems to think his car would be way faster in the quarter, I obviously have to disagree. Having not been out to the track yet and not able to find any reliable information on the net about his cars performance its an impossable argument with out taking them to the track. I didnt plan on going until my lightly modified, (fmic, exaust, filter, plugs), got a little more edge and really after all this debating I want to make sure its not close. But in reality I figure right now it would be a close quarter and I think the line would win, you all would know more so please give me some information to end this argument. The hours of lookin at commos on the net is starting to make me ill. Thanks

Hey. Just thought Id throw in something someone showed me today. Take a look at the exaust, if there is a small buckle in the muffler or the pipe doesnt look quite right it's "likely" it had a small to medium bang up in the rear and was repaired. Just not big enought to have to change the exaust.

Hey guys, just went through the 24 pages of topics that come up when I search "stall" but didnt find exactly what I was looking for. I just bought a r33 gtst s2 a couple weeks ago and have had some stalling issues since. Figured at first it was from sitting for a while while getting imported etc, and it has decreased, but it still sometimes stalls when slowing down and I put in the clutch. As far as Ive gatered I should check the AFM and the negetive battery terminal and ground? The car is bone stock atm and would prefer to have it running like it was perfect before messing with it. Going better airfilter, turbo back exaust, and FMIC in the near future... then onto some better toys I figure. Anyhoo am I going in the right direction? Thanks
